Objective: To explore whether FGF-23 is associated with elevated blood pressure and severity of chronic kidney disease,to lay the foundation for better control of blood pressure in patients with chronic kidney disease and to improve the prognosis to seek new treatment pathways, thereby reducing the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and mortality rate. Methods: Selection of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,Department of Nephrology and Hypertension in September 2015-December 2016 in line with CKD2-5 diagnostic criteria and diagnostic criteria for hypertension in patients with non-dialysis CKD 160 cases, according to glomerular filtration(GFR)were divided into 4 groups,53 cases of CKD2,39 cases of CKD3,34 cases of CKD4,34 cases of CKD5.Record the patient demographic characteristics: age, gender, height, weight, basic kidney disease and so on.The levels of FGF-23 were measured by immunoassay method. The levels of calcium, phosphorus and PTH were measured. The levels of serum,1,25(OH)2D3,serum creatinine,eGFR and ambulatory blood pressure were measured. The data were analyzed statistically. Results: Serum FGF-23 levels were significantly higher in each group than in each group(P<0.05).CKD4-5 dynamic blood pressure 24h-SBP,24h-DBP,d-SBP,d-DBP,n-SBP,n-DBP,pulse pressure difference and 24-hour mean heart rate were significantly higher than CKD2-3 group Statistically significant(P <0.05);FGF-23 was positively correlated with 24h-SBP,24h-DBP,d-SBP,d-DBP,n-SBP,n-DBP,pulse pressure difference and24-hour mean heart rate.(P<0.001).Conclusiom:FGF-23 may be involved in the pathogenesis of CKD hypertension, can be used as an intervention indicator,CKD patients with hypertension in early detection and timely intervention play a pivotal role,andFGF-23 can be used as a future CKD combined with hypertension A New Approach to Blood Pressure Intervention in Patients. |
