Thermal Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion For The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Type Haemorrheological Nature Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Research

Objective: To observe the thermal of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of Yang deficiency type haemorrheological nature the clinical curative effect of knee osteoarthritis..Methods: Will be included in the standard of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group using thermal moxibustion with acupuncture,the control group with conventional acupuncture method.Two groups of treatment 1 times a day,10 days for a period of treatment,rest 3 days after completion of a course,a total of treatment 2 course of treatment.Two groups of patients before and after treatment respectively for clinical symptom integral evaluation,pain score,evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:(1)two groups of curative effect analysis,the treatment group clinical control 8 cases,14 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,ineffective in 2 cases;Control group clinical control 4 cases,9 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effectively,invalid in 5 cases;The rank and test analysis,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate was 93.4% in treatment group,control group total effective rate was 83.3%;(2)in the two groups after treatment in patients with the clinical symptom scores and visual analog pain score was reduced,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Explain whether thermal moxibustion cooperate acupuncture or pure acupuncture method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has obvious effect;(3)to compare two groups after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms integral,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms is better than that in control group;(4)the comparison of VAS score after treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group in terms of relieve pain.Conclusions: The treatment group and control group in this research can reduce the patient’s clinical symptoms,relieve pain,heat-sensitive moxibustion cooperate the curative effect of acupuncture significantly in the simple acupuncture group,prompt thermal moxibustion in conventional acupuncture treatment of Yang deficiency type haemorrheological nature can raise curative effect of knee osteoarthritis.
