Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare the postoperative mortality, bleeding rate, activities of daily living(ADL),length of stay and the hemoglobin difference of pre-operation and 3 days after surgery between preoperative elderly patients with long-term use of aspirin(is administered after the operation is after the recovery of the platelet aggregation function)and preoperative elderly patients without long-term use of aspirin. When platelet function of patients long-term using aspirin undergoing elective surgery returns to normal,it can prove whether there is obvious difference with patients who were not taking aspirin. So it can provide a reference for future clinical. Methods:Data were collected from 583 patients diagnosed in the First Hospital of Jilin Univers ity from January 2016 to September 2016.Their history, image data, operation records and postoperatie course were retrospectively analyzed.Through thestandard,171 patients were chosen as objects. It is mainly analyzed according to whether or not has a long history of oral aspirin drugs, preoperative coagulation, platelet aggregation function,Postoperative bleeding,ADL,length of stay and the hemoglobin difference of pre-operation and 3 days after surgery. The control group is patients who were not taking aspirin The experimental group is patients who were taking aspirin for a long time. The surgery of the experimental group is after the recovery of the platelet aggregation function. Finally we collect rate of postoperative bleeding and mortality and ADL of two groups, and using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis. Results:The control group is 143 cases consisting of 55 male patients(32.2%)with an average age of 56.46.7 and 88 female patients(51.2%)with average age 55.76.2.The experimental group is 28 cases consisting of 12 male patients(7.0%)with an average age of 61.86.5 and 16 female cases(9.4%)with the average age of 60.65.4.Postoperative bleeding rate of two groups were disposed by the SPSS22.0 statistical analysis,T = 0.160,P = 0.873 > 0.05,so there is no difference between postoperative bleeding rate of two groups,no statistical significance. At the same time, two groups of postoperative ADL scores were disposed by the SPSS22.0 statistical analysis,Z = 1.934,P = 0.053 > 0.05,so there is no difference between postoperative bleeding rate of two groups,no statistical significance.Death rate of two groups was 0%.Two groups of patients, difference of preoperative and 3 days after postoperative hemoglobin were disposed by the SPSS22.0 statistical analys is,T = 3.499,P = 3.499 < 0.05.So there is statistical difference. And two groups of patients, length of stay were disposed by the SPSS22.0 statistical analys is,T = 1.981,P = 0.49 < 0.05.So there is statistical difference.Conclusion:1.As for neurosurgery patients long-term using aspirin undergoing elective surgery, when platelet function returns to normal before surgery, there is no obvious difference in the aspect of bleeding rate and ADL comparing with patients who were not taking aspirin2.As for neurosurgery patients long-term aspirin undergoing elective surgery, when platelet function returns to normal before surgery the recessive loss of blood and length of stay were more than patients who were not taking aspirin..
