Objective: By research non-dialysis CKD anemia factors for affecting the quality of life,to explore that whether to correct anemia may improve the physical symptoms of patients and their mental health status, thereby improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: The 79 cases of patients with non-dialysis chronic kidney disease were enrolled from the second hospital of jilin university, from October 2015 to February 2016,recording age, gender, primary disease,a number of biochemical index, such as hemoglobin, serum iron,TSAT%,calcium, phosphorus,PTH,creatinine, etc. The SF-36 scale, the application of simplified KDQOL-SFTM.The patients in the test were required to complete the SF-36 questionair, which contains eight demenstions for health-related quality of life : physical function, physical performance, emotional function, social function, bodily pain, energy, general health status, mental health. After the patients in the test completed related questions of each demention signed informed consents, using statistical analysis methods to assess quality of life in patients. Results: 1.The 79 cases of patients enrolled include 42 males(53%)and 37 females(47%).The male to female ratio was 1.14:1.According to age stage it can be divided into young group(<45 years),middle-aged group(45-64 years old),and elderly group(≥65 years),mean age 62.2 ± 15.3 years. There were 13 cases in young group(16.4%);29 cases in middle-aged group(36.6);37 cases in elderly group(47%).2.From the cause of kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy accounts majority(44.3%),followed by primary renal disease, such as chronic nephritis, chronic interstitial nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, etc.According to the actual hemoglobin value, the normal hemoglobin patients as a control group;the patients with anemia are divided into two groups: the mild anemia group(90g / L <Hb <110g / L);and the moderate anemia group(60g / L <Hb <90g / L).3.Analyzing the three groups SF-36 scores is concluded that the scores are gradually reduced from control group to moderate anemia group, and the difference between the control group and the moderate anemia group is statistically significant(P<0.05).Overall,the higher score all of SF-36 each dimension is mental health score, followed by bodily pain and social function, but physical performance, general health status and energy is the lower score than others.4.The result that multiple comparative analysis on the three groups SF-36 scores is that the P value of control group vs.mild anemia group, and mild anemia group vs.moderate anemia group is 0.047(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;the P value of control group vs.mild anemia group, and control group vs.moderate anemia group is 0.315,the difference has no statistically significant;the P value of control group vs.moderate anemia group, and mild anemia group vs.moderate anemia group is 0.293,the difference has no statistically significant.5.The result that analies the correlation between hemoglobin and SF-36 each demenstion shows that SF-36 each demenstion score is positively correlated with hemoglobin level, which P value is all less than 0.01.Conclusion: 1.CKD patients with anemia complication first likely to affect physical performance, energy and general health status among the quality of life dimensions, but other dimensions such as mental health, bodily pain and social functioning are less affected.2.The quality of life of CKD anemia patient is affected by the degree of anemia and is positively correlated with hemoglobin levels.3.CKD anemia patients when the degree of anemia reaches moderate, which begins to have a significant influence on quality of life.
