As the population ages,the demand for health services for the elderly is increasing.The health and disease of the elderly directly affect China’s economic and social sustainable development.Health care and medical problems are closely related to the quality of life in older people,and have become an essential concern for society.Research on medical hygiene is important to health care and services research,which focuses more attention on the availability of medical problems.The study conducted through questionnaire surveys and depth interviews to study the effects of personal factors,psychological factors,social factors,and medical institutions on elderly people after the illness is examined.Analyzing different personal factors and social factors,older adults make different medical choices and doctors in different medical settings.Analysis of different types of health insurance and a different health care and medical examination for older people under different health care types.To explore the needs and use of health care services in older people,find out the main impact of the effects of older people on medical practices.Comment and advise on the problems of medical behavior.Convenient for older people and medical practices.Methods and Objects:People aged 60 and over in the city of Harbin were subjects of study.Eight communities(including the Muslim community,the yingbing community,the new town garden community and so on)were given 500 random questionnaires.Statistical software SPSS 20 was used for data entry and analysis after eliminating invalid questionnaires.The influence factors were analyzed using the method of the Pearson test and correlation coefficient analysis.The influence factors of the elderly people’s medical behavior in the daoli district of Harbin were analyzed by the value of the card and the relationship value.Result:1.The marital status,educational background,income status and type of health insurance of the elderly in the daoli district of Harbin city are influenced by the choice of the treatment method and the location of the medical treatment.2.The marital status,educational background,income,health insurance type of old people in Daoli district of Harbin have differences in the choice of a way to see a doctor when they"self-induction disease serious".There were statistical differences in the way of older people in different cultures and in different incomes had been selected in terms of "self-induction disease light" and"self-induction disease serious".There was no significant difference between the gender of the elderly with "self-induction disease light"and "self-induction disease serious".3.The marital status,educational background,income and the type of health insurance of the elderly in the daoli district of Harbin were related to the location of the hospital they choice.The correlation factor was strong to weak in order of income,health insurance type,marital status and educational background.There was no clear correlation between the sex of the elderly and the choice of the hospital they choice.Conclusion:the elderly in the daoli district of Harbin have problems with the timely and rationality when go to a doctor;The medical experience is not ideal;The disease prevention awareness is weak;has some misunderstanding about the function of health care products;Personal care costs are higher.In addition,the medical and health resources allocation of tertiary hospitals is obviously inadequate,and the quality of service and service level of medical institutions need to be improved.The proposal should guide the elderly to timely,reasonable medical care and reduce the personal medical expenses of the elderly.Improving and optimizing the market environment for medical care products and improving the quality of service of medical institutions;Proper allocation of medical and health resources.
