| Objective:The clinical effect of Jianpi Huatan decoction treating gastric cancer and the experimental study of its mechanism of resistance to metastasis.Methods:1.The clinical part:38 patients are collected according to the gastric cancer diagnosis standard and are divided into two groups randomly.20 patients in treatment group are treated by Jianpi Huatan decoction combined with chemotherapy;the other 18 in control group are treated by chemotherapy alone.Contrasting before and after treatment by itself at the end of the cycle,compare the difference between two groups of patients with tumor lesions,QOL and TCM symptoms and seroma tumor marks and analyse the changes of dutum according to the statistics.2.The experiment part:A proventriculus squamous carcinoma hepatic metastases model in nude mice set up,observe the effects of Jianpi Huatan decoction on the protein and mRNA expression of P53、Bcl-2 in tumor tissue of hepar through immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR technology.Results:1.The quality of life and TCM symptoms could be improved by Jianpi Huatan decoction combined with chemotherapy.Before therapy compared with after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The middle dose group and high dose group of Jianpi Huatan decoction could obviously increase the weight of nude mice,and lower the liver weight and liver coefficients Comparing with the model group(P<0.05).3.The groups of Jianpi Huatan decoction could reduce the expression of P53 and Bcl-2.Compared with model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Jianpi Huatan decoction with chemotherapy could significantly improve the patients quality of life,which is an effective solution for resisting gastric cancer metastasis.2 Jianpi Huatan decoction could inhibit the tumor growth and metastasis of proventriculus squamous carcinoma hepatic metastases model in nude mice,of which mechanism may be related to downgrade the expression of P53、Bcl-2. |
