Relationship Between KLF4,Sp1 And Gastric Pathology

Objective: Discussion of KLF4,Sp1 and clinicopathological relationship,as through the contrast analysis expression of Sp1 and KLF4 in gastric cancer group and adjacent tissue group,and the relation between SP1 and KLF4.To discuss the correlation of Sp1 and KLF4 in gastric cancer occurrence of development and differentiation and metastasis effect,the further elucidate in gastric cancer occurred in the process of the development of gastric cancer pathogenesis.Method: Randomly selected in August 2010 to August 2015,140 cases of gastric cancer patients in the department of general surgery of Da Lian Central Hospital,will these patients as study group,and other selected were treated in our hospital during the same period 62 cases of adjacent tissues as control group.In the histopathologic type as high differentiation,moderate differentiation,low differentiation;in the TNM staging is divided into phase I,II,III,IV;in the lymph node metastasis is divided into metastasis and non metastasis.On two groups of researchers for HE staining and immunohistochemical SP staining method,then to discuss KLF4 and Sp1 expression in two patients groups,and the relationship between Sp1 and the KLF4,the clinical pathological characteristics and the relationship between KLF4 and Sp1 positive expression,all the data were analyzed with software SPSS20.0.Result: Patients in the gastric cancer group,positive expression rate of KLF4 was 48.57%(68/140),significantly lower than the adjacent tissues group was 74.19%(46/62)(P < 0.05),but the positive expression rate of SP1 is 62.85%(88/140)higher than control group of 14.51%(9/62)(P < 0.05);patients in the gastric cancer group of KLF4and Sp1 common positive expression and common negative expression were 23 cases,7 cases,the patients positive expression of Sp1 with KLF4 negative expression were 65,patients in positive expression of KLF4 with negative expression of Sp1 were 45 cases,the two expression is significantly Negative correlation(r=-0.576,X2=24.33,P < 0.05);gastric cancer group between the positive expression rate of KLF4 and SP1 in different TNM stage and lymph node metastasis,were significantly different(P < 0.05);KLF4 positive expression rate in different pathological type was 71.88%(23/ 32),49.25%(33 / 67),29.27%(12/ 41)(P < 0.05),but no significant difference between the positive expression rate of SP1 50.00%(16/32)、67.16%(45/67)、65.85%(27/41)(P>0.05);KLF4,Sp1 positive expression rate was not significant different(P>0.05)in different genders and ages.Conclusion: Now,this article to discuss the cancer research hot for KLF4,SP1,draws the conclusion: KLF4 expression was lower in gastric cancer and gastric cancer patients in the low KLF4 expression may be a lack of good prognosis,also the invasiveness of gastric cancer is directly and profound influenced by the KLF4 decreased expression.Sp1 is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissue,gastric cancer clinical stage and lymph node metastasis is the directly and profound impacted by the high expression of Sp1 protein,KLF4 expression was significant negative correlation with the expression of SP1,probably play an important role in gastric cancer development.The protein positive expression of KLF4 and SP1 is influenced by the tumor staging,lymph node metastasis,maybe usefull for further assessment of the severity、therapeutic regimen and prognosis of gastric cancer patients,is worthy of clinical full attention.
