ObjectiveAccording to the latest guideline,H-type hypertension means plasma homocysteine level above 10 μmol/L on the basis of primary hypertension,this research observe the haemodynamics indexes of H-type hypertension patients before and after treatment of folic acid,and change of plasma homocysteine level、plasma folic acid level、carotid duplex ultrasound result before and after the treatment,evaluating the improving degrees,thus providing clinical supervision for using folic acid in treating h-type hypertension among the old people.MethodsChoosing 92 cases of H-type hypertension patients dating from February,2016 to January,2017 who see a doctor in Guangzhou military general hospital、cadre ward sector five and Vasculocardiology Deparment,the Inclusion criteria is plasma homocysteine level above 10 μ mol/L,systolic pressure above 140mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)and(or)diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg in the mean time,patients’ average age is(66.63±5.73)years old,among which there are 82 cases of males and 10 cases of females,random assort those patients into two groups,with 46 patients in each group.and the exclusion criteria is:secondary hypertension、Valvular heart disease、Chronic kidney in jury、chronic cardiac insufficiency(NYHA classification≥Ⅲ degree)、cerebral apoplexy,and patients with myocardial infarction、cognitive disorder、logagnosia、mind and mental disorders、cancer in the latest 6 months,and the folic acid、Vit B serious drugs hadn’ t been used before they came to hospital,the same antihypertensive drugs were adopted for both groups,the treatment group members were given folic acid(0.8 mg,qd)beside the antihypertensive drugs.and measuring plasma homocysteine level.folic acid level、hemodynamic indexes during the 3 month、9 months of observation,and measuring the intima-media thickness(IMT),and then statistical analysis is made.ResultsAfter 3 months of treatment,there is no significant differences in plasma homocysteine level in control group before and after the treatment(P>0.05),plasma homocysteine level in treatment group decreased significantly before and after the treatment(P<0.05),and lowered than the control group(P<0.05).the plasma folic acid level elevated compared to the beginning of the treatment(P<0.05),the plasma folic acid decreased compared to the beginning of the treatment,after 3 months of treatment,hemodynamic parameters of the treatment group improved better than the control group,there is no significant differences in LVET、TFC、HR、PEP(P>0.05),there is significant differences in CO、SV、ISI、SSVR、EPCI、SBP、DBP(P<0.05).After 9 months of treatment,there is no significant difference in plasma homocysteine level in control group before and after the treatment(P>0.05),plasma homocysteine level in treatment group had significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05),In treatment group,there is significant difference in CO、SV、ISI、SSVR、EPCI、HR、SBP、DBP before and after the treatment(P<0.05),there is no significant difference in LVET、TFC、PEP before and after the treatment(P>0.05).there had significant difference in left and right intima-media thickness(IMT)in treatment group before and after the treatment(P<0.05),there had no significant difference in left and right intima-media thickness(IMT)in control group before and after the treatment.Conclusionnoninvasive dynamics monitoring method provide a convenience and full-scale proceed to observe the indexs of hemodynamics,and an access to acquire the instant status of patients’ hemodynamics,possess the sustainability of monitoring,we can acquire many hemodynamic indexs through this inspection,providing Clinical evidence for treatment in curing H-type hypertension of the aged patients,providing Objective basis for curing early stage of H-type hypertension,after treatment with folic acid in curing H-type hypertension,hemodynamic indexs improved,compared to various parameters of the control group,the treatment group had less differences from the normal range,after the treating of 3、9 months,the plasma homocysteine level decreased,and the plasma homocysteine level in 9 month decreased more than that of 3 month,he plasma homocysteine level had no significant change when treating after 3、9 months in the control group,the plasma folic acid level had no significant changes when treating after 3 and 9 months in the control group,the plasma folic acid level improved after treating of 3、9 months in the treatment group,but the plasma folic acid level is slightly lower than that of 3 month,the olasma folic acid level in control group had no big difference between 3 month and 9 month,and after observing after 9 month,the left and right intima-media thickness(IMT)value in treatment group is lower than the beginning of the treatment,while the left and right intima-media thickness(IMT)value in control group is slightly higher than the beginning of the treatment.
