Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Diabetic-nephropathy Patients With Qidan Drink And Effects On The Inflammatory Factors

Objectives:To prove that Qidan drink was safe and effective in treating with diabetic-nephrothy patients and to discuss the mechanism of Qidan drink on the treatment of diabetic nephrology,which may be depressing inflammation factors in the kidney.And comparing the curative effects of the whole party of Qidan drink to half party of it,there may be an available way to achieve a new prescription in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods:According to the diagnostic code of China Guideline for Type 2 Diabetes in 2013 and China Guideline of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for diabetic nephropathy in 2011,100 Patients with stage Ⅲor Ⅳ diabetic nephrology who were enrolled in the Endocrinology department,Guangzhou hospital of TCM,were collected and analyzed for study,each of whom were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,with 70 patients in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.Both of them were on diet which was proper to person with high quality and low protein and treated with NovoMix 30 FlexPen on the basis of regular treatment,the treatment group was given Perindopril and the whole party of Qidan drink,while the control group was given Perindopril and half party of Qidan drink.Both groups were treated in 30 days,after which the clinical symptoms of TCM、urinary albumin/creatinine(ACR)、the cholesterol total(CHOL)、triglyceride(TRIG)、high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)、the low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)、Creatinine(CR)、usea nitrogen(BUN)、alanine aminotransferase(ALT)、aspartate amino transferase(AST)、High sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of two groups would be recorded and compared.Results:1.The clinical symptoms of TCM of both groups were improved obviously(P<0.01)and the clinical symptoms of treatment group was much better than that in the control group(P<0.01).2.The total effective rate was 95%in treatment group while it was 80%in control group and there was a significant difference in both groups(P<0.05).3.The ACR of both groups was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.01)and compared to the control group,it was reduced much more in the treatment group(P<0.01).4.Both of two groups could reduced CHOL、TRIG and LDL-C after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01),and the treatment group decreased much more than that of control group(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05).The HDL-C of two groups had no difference after treatment(P>0.05).5.High sensitive C reactive protein and interleukin-6 of both groups were lessened obviously after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.01),and it was decressed much more in treatment group than that of control group(P<0.01,P<0.01).6.The liver function and kidney function indices of both groups had no significantly difference after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both of the whole party and the half party of Qidan drink could reduced ACR,improved renal function,decressed CHOL、TRIG、LDL-C level,of which the mechaim might be depressing hsCRP、IL-6.The whole party of Qidan drink behaved much better than half party of Qidan drink in decressing ACR、CHOL、TRIG、LDL-C、hsCRP and IL-6.It might because that the half party of Qidan drink was majored in removing blood stasis and tearing damp turbidity of the body while the whole party of Qidan drink was majored in Reinforcing the deficiency and eliminating the excess.
