Objective:To make clear the health status of puerpera in Yanbian area;To explore the difference of health status in different demographic characteristics and obstetrics characteristics of puerpera;To analyze the effect of music analgesia childbirth and doula intervention on health outcomes and childbirth self-efficacy of puerpera;To evaluate the effect of music analgesia childbirth and doula intervention on the satisfaction of obstetric nur sing service.Method:This study is a quasi-experimental study,300 puerpera were selected from May 2016 to January 2017 in Yanbian women and children's health hospital.Using Woog-Banker pain facial expression assessment,VAS,EPDS,CBSEI-C32,CCB,puerpera satisfaction and health education questionnaires to evaluate maternal childbirth outcomes,childbirth self-efficacy,postpartum depression,the satisfaction of obstetric nursing service.Using EXCEL for data input,and using SPSS17.0 for statisticalanalysis.The health status of puerpera and the intervention effect of control Group and intervention group were analyzed by percentage,x ±S,t-Text,?2-Text:The results of single-factor analysis of variance were used toanalyze the general demographic characteristics and obstetrics cha racteristics of health outcomes,childbirth self-efficacy,the satisfaction of obstetric nursing service.Results:(1)The puerpera,s VAS level in the Yanbian area was 7.73 ± 0.99 and the facial expression of pain was 3.62 ± 0.96;The total labor time was 612.67 ± 195.75min;The 2 hours bleeding volume of postpartum was 302.2.3 ± 94.51 ml;The neonatal weight was 3382.28 ± 378.70g;The incidence of depression was24.3%in a week of postpartum;The outcomes expectation was 45.46 ±6.96;The self-efficacy expectation was 47.14±8.86;The childbirth self-efficacy was 92.94± 14.09,and it needs to be improved(2)Single factor analysis of variance showed that birth outcomes was related to age,educational background,occupation type,family income,pregnancy times,birth times(p<0.05);And there were differences for childbirth self-efficacy and childbirth coping ability with different ages,educational background,occupation type,family income,pregna ncy tires and birth times(/p<0.05):There were differences of postpartum depression incidence with different nation,educational background,family income,pregnancy times,bi rth times(p<0.05);The satisfaction of obstetric nursing service was different with different educational background,family income,occupation type,medical expenses(p<0.05).(3)There were significant differences between the two groups in pregnant women's anxiety level,pain grade,the time of labor stage,1-minute neonatal Apgar score,postartu m hemorrhage and postpartum Depression(p<0.05),and there were no statistically differences in neonatal weight,the time of second stage and third stage of labor(p?0.05);There were significant differences between the two groups in the self-efficacy of childbirth and the satisfaction obstetric nursing service(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The puerpera of Yanbian area have good health outcomes,but the childbirth self-efficacy of puerpera is lower,it needs to be improved;(2)Birth outcomes and childbirth self-efficacy of puerpera was relatedto different a ge,ed ucational background,occupation type,family income,pregnancy times,birthtimes;post partum depression incidence was related different nation,educational background,family i ncome,pregnancy times,birth times;The satisfaction of obstetric nursing service was rela ted todifferent educational background,family income,occupation type,medical expenses;(3)Music analgesia childbirth and doula intervention can promote good health outcomes and can.improve puerpera' s childbirth self-efficacy;(4)music analgesia childbirth and doula intervention can improve puerpera' s satisfaction with obstetric nursing services.
