ObjectiveShenzhen,as an important pilot city in Guangdong Province,have some mature experience in the implementation of policies and the construction of supporting measures.By analyzing the effectiveness and shortcomings of the implementation of the policy in Shenzhen,the implementation experience to provide advice for regional policy adjustment,and for other areas of policy promotion to provide a reference.Through a survey of attitudes and cognition of physicians and hospital managers in a 3A public hospital in Shenzhen,use the data analysis to find out the regional implementation of the current policy and the lack of effectiveness,and the main obstacles and factors.o find out the implementation of practical policies at this stage of the policy,and better promote the Shenzhen area more practice policy environment for the healthy development of policies,and to promote the formation of high quality regional service brand.MethodsThrough the use of literature analysis,the collection of domestic multi-site physician practice policy regulations,domestic and foreign relevant theory,review,empirical research and implementation of the status report and other information analysis.This paper analyzes the present situation of the research on the practice of multi-site physician practice at home and abroad,the frontier theory and the reference value experience,and makes a comparative study of domestic and foreign analysis.The survey dimensions were selected by literature review,and the relevant survey dimensions were screened.The questionnaire was modified by pre-survey and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Through the use of questionnaires and interviews to investigate policy stakeholders,the results of statistical analysis,based on the findings of the conclusions of the recommendations.ResultsThrough the use of questionnaires and interviews on the policy of stakeholder to investigate the results included,Analysis of variance in the multi-site physician practice as a dependent variable,hindrance factors as the independent variable,and the results were statistically significant(p<0.05),followed by the average score:income,academic achievement distribution is not clear,the physician’s personal wishes,the workload of the physician overload.A survey of the advantages and disadvantages of policy implementation shows that the biggest advantage is to increase the income of physicians,the biggest drawback is the salary payment problem.A survey of policy benefits and casualties shows that the biggest beneficiaries are patients,the casualties are hospitals,physicians are the beneficiaries are fourth and the casualties are second of their votes.Analysis of variance use total score of policy relevance as the dependent variable,the investigation of the physician personal situation as an independent variable.Conclusions are the age,title and practice years and the correlation scores were statistically significant(p<0.05).Which are less than 30 years old,the title for the attending physician,the practice of 10-20 years of physician groups and policy-related more high.Through the classification of the impact of factors,found that the current stage of policy and the highest correlation factors from the second practice unit of the relevant factors.Through the collating and coding of the contents of the interview of the hospital manager,the influencing factors involved in the calculation of the interview content are calculated by the significance index calculation formula,and the embodiment of the better policy benefit at this stage is the main driving force of the regional policy promotion.ConclusionShenzhen City,multi-site physician practice policy implementation effect is obvious,generally considered the hospital personnel system,liability risk,registration management and other related system constraints is not conducive to the promotion of policy issues in Shenzhen,the current policy promotion model has been effectively resolved,these experiences worthy of other Regional reference.Through the survey,the attitude of the physician to the policy is mainly related to the subjective economic factors,the physician in the policy implementation process did not feel the obvious improvement of their interests.More practice is considered as physician’s making profit behavior,but did not fully reflect the policy of public welfare,need the introduction of supporting compensation system to manage the policy.Physicians and managers on the policy impact factors are consistent,that the lack of policy drivers,the need to better release policy dividends to improve the policy effect is conducive to the further promotion of regional policies.Through the investigation and analysis,it is considered that the primary health service network is a necessary condition for the effective implementation of the multi-site physician practice
