Combine Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Hospital Information System Construction In Guangdong Province And Applied Research

ObjectiveThis study is an important part for the program named Chinese medicine hospital mobile medical information basic data set of the State Administration of TCM.On the basis of hospital informatization tend to perfect,it’s important to make full use of the sustainable development of information technology for further improve of the hospital digital related work and the level of hospital information construction so that we can educe the potential risk of system construction to meet the objective needs of the development of hospital for a long time.At the same time,grasping the trend of hospital informatization construction and exploring the potential rules of hospital information construction can provide strong support for the long-term development for others’ hospital information system construction and information technology and provide effective reference for other hospitals of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on their exploring road for hospital informatization.MethodsCombine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital of guangdong province is taken as the object of this study.In this paper,literature research method is used to summarize and evaluate the current situation of hospital information system construction in China and abroad.Literature research method is adopted as the main research method in this study to Get a thorough understanding of the current situation of hospital information system construction in our country.Through field research,the author has a relatively comprehensive understanding of the hospital information system construction process and the current level of Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital of Guangdong province.Using interview method and process analysis in hospital leaders,managers,doctors,nurses to explore the optimization approach of each module and combining with questionnaire investigation and correlation analysis to conclude the satisfaction situation of hospital information system.Finally,the problems in the construction and application of information systems are proposed,and the optimization strategy is given.ResultsAfter ten years of development and application,thehospital information system of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital of guangdong province has been able to meet the needs of hospital development.But at the same time as a new hospital building come into service,the demand in hospital information system has been highlighted.According to the satisfaction survey of information system,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are high,and the overall score of the hospital information system scale was 3.69 ± 0.48.By the single factor analysis of variance analysis and logistic regression,the main influencing factors of satisfaction of Chinese and Western medicine in Guangdong province are seniority,title and degree.Its main problem is the talent,capital,information consciousness and so on.ConclusionCombine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital of Guangdong province should strengthen the propaganda to improve the hospital leadership and employee information consciousness,enhance training and the introduction of hospital information professionals,pay more attention to the continuity and balance of the money,perfect the information system of rules and regulations,tPromote the technical and clinical personnel cooperation actively,further clinical front line to explore the feature fusion of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in order to ensure the long-term development of hospital information system.
