ObjectiveThis study summarized in the yang-style taijiquan forty quan 6 kinds of tai chi gait movement as sports imagine imagine content,to improve the walking ability of patients, improve the patients' daily life activities ability and the quality of survival, for limb movement function obstacle of cerebral apoplexy patients provides a simple and effective method of rehabilitation training.MethodsAccording to the selection into exclude annotation in October 2015-November 2016 in fuzhou Class ? Grade I hospital nerve internal medicine treatment of 62 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia were divided into control group and intervention group,31cases in each group.Control group given neurology foundation treatment and routine rehabilitation training, intervention in 8 weeks.Intervention group on the basis of basic treatment and conventional rehabilitation training to tai chi gait motion imagine therapy and intervention in eight weeks, five times a week,22?25 minutes at a time.4 weeks prior to the intervention, intervention, intervention patients 8 weeks measured FMA-LE scale and grade of Holden s functional ambulation classification and functional independence rating scale(FIM)mobile and walking part, nerve function defect,to imagine the auxiliary therapy rehabilitation evaluation of movement.ResultsResearch in the control group after the actual completed cases of 31 cases, actual intervention group cases,28 cases fall off in 3 patients.1 Baseline comparisonIntervention in the first two groups of patients' demographic data such as gender, age, duration, hospitalization days and the drug information compared between groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05),Evaluation index Fugl-Meyer part lower limb motor function scale and grade of Holden walking ability and functional independence rating scale(FIM)mobile and walking part, nerve function defect compared between groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05),two groups of patients with baseline data comparable.2 FMA-LEUsing repetitive measure analysis of variance on two groups of patients before intervention, intervention of 4 weeks,8 weeks intervention score values were statistically analyzed, the results of two groups of patients with time effect has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the main body effect statistically difference(P<0.05)between the interaction effect of time*group has statistical difference(P<0.05).3 Holden's functional ambulation classificationUsing repetitive measure analysis of variance on two groups of patients before intervention, intervention of 4 weeks,8 weeks intervention scoring value Holden's functional ambulation classification statistical analysis, the results of two groups of patients with time effect has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the main body effect statistically difference(P<0.05)between the interaction effect of time*group has statistical difference(P<0.05).4 FIMUsing repetitive measure analysis of variance on two groups of patients before intervention, intervention of 4 weeks,8 weeks intervention scoring value FIM classification statistical analysis, the results of two groups of patients with time effect has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the main body effect statistically difference(P<0.05)between the interaction effect of time*group has statistical difference(P<0.05).5 Neurological Function Defect ScaleUsing repetitive measure analysis of variance on two groups of patients before intervention, intervention intervention 4 weeks,8 weeks of nerve function defect score values values were statistically analyzed, the results of two groups of patients with time effect has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),between the main body effect no statistical difference(P>0.05),between the interaction effect of time*group no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Motor imagery therapy in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia improvement of walking ability have certain curative effect.2 Tai chi gait motion imagine walking function in patients with a certain extent, can improve the classification, improve the walking ability of patients.3 Tai chi gait motion imagination can improve the ability of patients to live independently, the effect of intervention group control group obviously.4 Motor imagery therapy on the improvement of nerve function in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia effect is not obvious.
