Clinical Observation On Wuweigujubadu Powder External Applies For The Treatment Of Dampness Heat Blockage Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:this topic through the observation of five kinds of caries Badu powder in the treatment of damp heat blockage type of knee osteoarthritis efficacy and safety,to explore the pathogenesis of this disease,to provide clinical basis for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee for five kinds of caries s.szechuensis.Methods:60 cases of patients were selected according to the standard,combined with symptoms and signs,and did not reach the target.All patients were randomly,were randomly divided into treatment group(n s.szechuensis group)and control group(Votalin group)30 cases.All of the participants were followed by health education,to reduce the knee up and down stairs,climbing and other weight-bearing activities,while the daily straight leg raising and stock four muscle function exercise,each time for 30 minutes a day,2 times a day.Treatment group was treated with five kinds of caries Badu powder,every night 1 times,1 times 100 g,8 hours each time,even apply for 4 weeks;control group was treated with Votalin emulgel externally,3 times a day,1 times crowded 3-5cm,for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Record the feeling of pain score of two groups before and after treatment(VAS pain score),Lequesne score,knee circumference,diameter changes of serum IL-1 content and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP beta treatment,after 3 months of follow-up,analysis and comparison of the observed results.Result:1 before and after treatment,the gender,age and course of disease of the two groups were random,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups.2.VAS scores: compared two groups of patients after treatment and 3months follow-up and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and in the improvement of knee joint pain after treatment,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05),but the 3 months of follow-up,two sets of efficacy(P>0.05).3.Lequesne index score comparison: two groups of patients after treatment and follow-up for 3 months compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).4 knee girth comparison: after 2 weeks of treatment in two groups,after 4weeks of treatment compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the effect of the treatment group is better in promoting the knee swelling(P<0.01).5.Comparison of ESR,CRP: comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(P<0.01),CRP in two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),there were statistically significant differences in the treatment group;and reduce the ESR,CRP is better than the control group(P<0.01).6.IL-1 beta comparison: the two groups before and after treatment,there were significant differences(P <0.01);the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in reducing the content of IL-1 beta.Conclusion:Votalin and five kinds of caries s.szechuensis on knee osteoarthritis curative effect,but five kinds of caries s.szechuensis external application has more advantages to improve the patients with damp heat blockage type of knee osteoarthritis symptoms,patients with joint pain,swelling,joint function scores,inflammation index decreased significantly,and the treatment safety method,simple operation,high economic benefits,it is worthy of clinical application.
