The Investigation Of Children's Medicine Information And The Evaluation Of Children's Potentially Inappropriate Medication Which Based On The Package Inserts

Objective: As a special group for children,irrational drug use is often happened,this paper based on the medicine specification to investigate children's drugs information.And protocol children's inappropriate medication to analysis children's medication,which offers the establishment of the rational drug use evaluation standard system for children.Method:1.To investigate children's drugs information in the drug instruction in a 3A hospital.2.Statistic the “unfavorable” drugs or “banned” drugs for children that have mentioned in the medicine specification,and establish the children's inappropriate medication gist that suitable for this study.3.Extract children patients cases of the hospital in August 2015 to December 2015,and as the above gist for measuring tools to analyze children inappropriate medications in hospital.Results:1.This paper investigated 1412 drug specifications in the hospital,including injection drugs,a total of 533 copies,oral drugs,a total of 718 copies,external drug,a total of161 copies.According to the classification of the “New Materia Medica”,mainly involving 15 categories.With children “usage” of 433 copies,accounting for 30.67%,including “pediatric drug”item has 980 copies,accounts for 69.41%,mentioned children“adverse reactions”of 125 copies,accounting for 8.85%.2.The “banned” drugs for children that mentioned in the medicine specification have a kind of 76,the “unfavorable” drugs for children have a kind of 190.According to the drug classification,the “banned” drugs species that used for children of top were the nervous system drugs,the digestive system drugs and Chinese patent medicine.The“unfavorable” drugs species that used for children of top were the nervous system drugs,hormone and related drugs,anti-infection drugs,digestive system drugs.3.The total extracted children cases was 2700 patients.Inpatient children was 1200,the average number of combination was 18.73±16.88,outpatient children was 1500,the average number of combination was 3.05±1.73.On the basis of children inappropriate gist,the inappropriate use of a total was 735 cases,accounting for 27.22%,the banned drugs that have used was 10 kinds,the unfavorable drugs that have used was 72 drugs.And the inappropriate drugs that have more frequently used were tropisetron,florbiprofen axetil,xiyanpin injection,atropine,Dexmedetomidine.Conclusion: Through the investigation of pediatric information in the specification,and use the children inappropriate medication gist to analyze the children cases,we found that children medication still exist some problems,a lot of factors effect the children inappropriate medication,clinicians should try to avoid the use of children inappropriate drugs,the relevant departments should also take measures and develop solutions to the program,which could reduce the incidence of children inappropriate medication.
