The brain is one of the most complex and sophisticated systems,and it is composed of anatomical and functional brain regions which are interrelated and independent.With the development of imaging technology and the increasingly mature functional magnetic resonance technology,human can continuously observe the three-dimensional brain images and corresponding activities.Firstly,the rehabilitation robot was used to treat the stroke patients according to the rehabilitation of the stroke patients who are out of danger.This paper studied the omnidirectional walking apparatus,which can simulate the motion of normal people in any direction by using the omnidirectional wheel chassis structure.These researches enable patients to complete their movement rehabilitation training with arbitrary angle within the plane,so that the goal of comprehensive rehabilitation training can be achieved.Secondly,two stroke patients with same symptoms and assessment scores were tracked by the fMRI.The two patients were checked respectively four times within six weeks.The brain cortical reorganization and functional cortex reorganization law after lower limb rehabilitation training could be revealed by the quantitative and qualitative indicators during the recovery period.According to these indicators,the brain cortex could be evaluated and the law of recombination could be summarized.The qualitative indexes are the motor function of lower limbs and the anatomical regions of the active voxels and Brodmann partition,the quantitative indexes include the laterality index L1,the peak point coordinates,the activation volume and the peak signal intensity.One of the patients received normal rehabilitation treatment according to the provisions in the hospital.But another patient received the free rehabilitation training at home.The comparison about the differences of the two patients’ qualitative and quantitative indicators was investigated.Through the analysis of these indicators,the patient with regular rehabilitation training is much better than the patient with the free rehabilitation.Finally,taking stroke as background,the brain network modeling and the key technologies of analysis were studied based on the f MRI data.This part focuses on the main motion area of stroke patients.The change of brain function network connection showed that the group of stroke patient was more complex than that healthy control.More importantly,there is a compensating loop in the functional network connection of the stroke patient.The results suggest that the method of brain function network modeling based on independent component analysis(ICA)is an effective method to study the pathological changes.The study can provide indicators for the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
