| Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of peripheral haploid non-in vitro T-cell peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for refractory/relapsed acute leukemia and to analyze the prognostic factors. Methods: A review of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,January 2004-December,2016,line of intergenic isolates of peripheral blood non-in vitro to T-cell hematopoietic stem cell transplantation treatment of refractory/relapsed acute leukemia patients,a total of 52 Cases,of which 34 cases of haploid, the whole phase of 18 cases.(P=0.752).Results: Hematopoietic reconstitution was achieve in all patients. The median number of days of granulocyte count exceeding 0.5×10^9/L and platelet count exceeding 20×10^9/L in RH group and RM group was 14 d vs 13d(P=0.83)and 16 d vs 16d(P=0.76).The incidence of aGVHD and cGVHD was 47.0% vs16.7%P =0.342),41.2% vs33.3%(P=0.607),respectively.The OS,DFS and CRI were 61.6±8.40%VS 76.5±10.40%(P=0.287),47.9±0.99% VS 59.1%±0.12(P=0.668),50.2±0.840%VS 40.7±0.104%(P=0.819),38.4±0.65%VS8.17%±0.84(P=0.043).The relationship between hematopoietic recovery, the incidence of acute and chronic GVHD and the 2-year OS,DFS and CIR No statistical difference. Conclusion: RHNT-PSCT is an important factor in the treatment of refractory/relapsing acute leukemia with an effective treatment of pre-transplant disease status. |
