Objective: To understand the problems about behaviors and psychology of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and high risk people from residents,and to explore the relationships of daily and sleep behaviors and psychology with type 2 diabetes,So as to provide a theoretical basis for community type 2 diabetes behavior and psychological intervention.Methods: March 2016 to December,in six of Community Health Service of xinshi district,shayibake district,shuimogou district in Xinjiang,Urumqi,used self-made basic status and daily behavior questionnaire,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI),the M-R Mental Section Scale of Cornell Medical Index(CMI)scale,to investigate the general data,daily behavior,sleep status and mental health of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus and high risk of diabetes and healthy people in Urumqi,which were compared in three groups.Results: 309 patients with type 2 diabetes,321 high-risk people of diabetes,health group of 307,the general situation of the three groups were no difference(P>0.05),balanced and comparable.IN the TD2 M group,72.8% had the problems of insufficient compliance,SNK showed there were significant differences in nutritional intake and dietary taste between T2 DM group and healthy group,high risk group and healthy group,dietary habits and exercise scores were only different between high-risk group and healthy group,health focus scores were different in T2 DM group and high risk group.PSQI score showed that 40.5% of T2 DM patients had sleep disorders,32.7% had sleep disorders in high risk group and 21.2% in healthy group.There were statistically significant differences between the three groups(P<0.05).The CMI mental scale criterion showed the highest number of psychological disorders in T2 DM group(18.8%),and 15.9% had psychological abnormalities;18.4% of high-risk group had psychological abnormalities were most than other groups,the health group followed(16.6%).Psychological tendencies of sensitive(22.4%),anger(18.7%)and not adapting(13.3%)were more prominent in three groups,T2 DM group depression tendency of 16.5%,was the most.There were significant differences in psychological problems between T2 DM group and high risk group and healthy group(P <0.05).The factors affecting sleep were: male(OR = 0.682),age(OR = 1.036),hypertension(OR = 1.532),type 2 diabetes mellitus(OR = 1.632),nutritional intake score(OR = 1.173),drinking behavior score(OR = 1.163),psychological disorder(OR = 1.452).The behavioral factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus were: Nutritional intake score(OR = 1.071),dietary taste score(OR = 1.306),sleep disturbance(OR = 1.941),daytime dysfunction(OR = 1.296),depression tendency(OR = 1.788),anger tendency(OR = 1.456).Conclusion: The patients with type 2 diabetes have more poor glycemic control,T2 DM patients' s diet and exercise behaviors were inadequate,high-risk group had more daily behavior problems,T2 DM patients and high-risk groups had more sleep disorders,T2 DM patients with psychological problems are more prominent.Community health departments can address the above problems to strengthen the behavioral supervision of patients with type 2 diabetes and high-risk groups,while appropriate to give psychological care,and efforts to improve their sleep quality.
