Correlation Study Of Combined Detection Of Serum NT-pro-BNP,Cys-C And Hcy In Elderly Patients With Heart Failure With Normal Ejection Fraction

Objective To investigate the N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide,CystatinC and homocysteine in elderly patients with chronic heart failure for diagnosis,assessment before and after the treatment,related complications and prognosis of patients.To clarify the relati-onship between them and heart failure with normal left ventricular ejection fraction(HFN EF)in elderly patients,in order to find early detection index for elderly HFNEF patients,Ob jective to provide a reliable basis for the clincal doctors to the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of these patients.Methods 61 patients were enrolled by NYHA,CDE during2009 to2016.CDE,NYHA and age were all collected.NT-proBNP、Cys-C、Hcy were deter-mined,patients on the basis of the New York classification of cardiac function were divide-d into three groups:I、IIgroup、III group、IV group.Statistical analysis was performed usin-g SPSS19.0 software.Measurement data with mean±standard deviation,Comparison betwe-en the groups with T Test,the three groups were compared using single factor analysis of variance,linear correlation analysis using spearman,P<0.05 that the difference was statistic ally significant.Results1.Serum Cys-C,Hcy,NT-proBNP levels and LAD were positively correlated with the level of NYHA,but they all were negatively correlated with LVE-F,included the level of NYHA.2.After SPSS19.0 statistical software,statistical analysi-s,The correlation between Cys-C,Hcy,NT-proBNP,LVEF and LAD was found as follow-s:Serum Cys-C increased with the increase of Hcy and NT-proBNP,which was positively correlated,Cys-C was positively correlated with Hcy(r=0.542,P<0.05),Cys-C was positivel-y correlated with NT-proBNP(r=0.462,P<0.05),Cys-C was negatively correlated with LV-EF(r=-0.735,P<0.05),Cys-C was positively correlated with LAD(r=0.650,P<0.05);The level of Hcy was positively correlated with NT-proBNP(r= 0.354,P<0.05),but negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.538,P<0.05),Hcy was positively correlated with LAD(r=0.527,P<0.05);NT-proBNP level was negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.515,P<0.05),butwas positively correlated with LAD(r=0.511,P<0.05),LVEF was negatively correlated with LAD(r=-0.809,P<0.05).Conclusion NT-proBNP,Cys-C,Hcylevel,complement each other,comprehensive evaluateon,and with LVEF and LAD,they can be used to assess the treatment and prognosis of in elderly patients with HFNEF,diagnosis,determination of serum levels of their heart function which can be used as a sensitiveand specific index,has a very important clinical signifycance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of heart failure,functionalclassification,judging the therapeutic effect and evaluation prognosis of patients.
