The Research Of Relating Factors Of Ischemic Stroke In Young And Middle-aged Patients With Cerebrovascular Stenosis Of Xinjiang

Objective:To stud y the relating factors for ischemic stroke in young and middle-aged patients with cerebrovascular stenosis in xinjiang,and explore the distribution and the related risk factors of cerebral arter y stenosis in young and middle-aged cerebral infarction of U ygur and Han Nationality patients of Xinjiang.Methods:256 cases(female 80,male 176)with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and 264 cases(female 64,male 200)without ischemic cerebrovascular disease,were divided b y detections of DSA and CTA.72 cases(female 20,male 52)of U ygur and 184 cases(female 60,male 124)of Han nationalit y with cerebrovascular stenosis,were divided b y nationalit y.The clinical data were collected retrospectivel y and compared.Results:(1)Compared with Han Nationalit y group,in U ygur Nationalit y group,the incidence rate of anterior circulation arter y stenosis was significantl y increased,and the incidence rate of posterior circulation and the whole eiculation arter y stenosis were significantl y decreased(P<0.05).(2)The two groups were mainl y intracranial vascular lesions.Compared with Han Nationalit y group,the incidence rate of intracranial arter y stenosis or occlusion in U ygur Nationalit y group was significantl y increased than incidence of extracranial and intracranial-extracranial arter y stenosis or occlusion(P<0.05).(3)Compared with Han Nationalit y group,the incidence rate of mild to moderate stenosis of the external carotid arter y was significantl y higher in the U ygur Nationalit y,and the severe stenosis and occlusion rate was significantl y increased(P<0.05).(4)Compared with Han Nationalit y group,the stenosis rate of vascular lesions of MCA,IVA,PCA in Han Nationalit y group was significantl y increased,and the vascular lesions rate of MCA,IVA,PCA was increased(P<0.05).(5)Compared with Han Nationalit y group,the incidence rate of HHc y,BMI≥25kg/m2,hypertension was significantl y increased(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of snoking and drinking was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(6)Multivariate logistic regression anal ysis found that h ypertension histor y≥10 years,lipid abnormalit y can independentl y predict the occurrence of ischemic stroke with cerebrovascular stenosis in young and middle-aged patients.Conclusion:The distribution characteristics of cerebrovascular stenosis in young and middle-aged ischemic stroke is of nationalit y difference.Long-term high blood pressure and lipid abnormalit y are still the main factors of stenosis of middle-aged and young ischemic stroke.
