Yunnan Baiyao Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer Causes The Clinicalcurative Effect Of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective:To observe the yunnan baiyao treatment of peptic ulcer causes the clinical curative effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:This study was a randomized,controlled clinical study to evaluate yunnan baiyao 0.5 g oral,4 times every day,3-5 days in the treatment of peptic ulcer and bleeding were efficacy,and safety.Studies a total of 110 cases of patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding,which was confirmed by endoscopic participated in clinical trials.Results:In the aspect of clinical curative effect,the experimental group(the total effective rate 100%)compared with control group(total effective rate 98.2%)had difference(P<0.05);Experimental group after treatment,on average,the Bleeding Time and Blood Coagulation Time was decreased significantly(P<0.05);And two groups of patients after treatment of red blood cells and hemoglobin quantity is no statistical difference(P>0.05).In this study,110 patients were observed after treatment and follow-up period also not found patients with obvious symptoms of discomfort.Conclusion:Through this study confirmed that yunnan baiyao mild-to-moderate upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage clinical curative effect affirmation,displays in:1.Yunnan baiyao hemostatic effect quickly,effect is obvious.2.Yunnan baiyao can promote ulcer healing.3.In the aspect of safety evaluation,a few patients,the drug has side effects,should be carefully ask patients with history of drug allergy,in strict accordance with the drug instructions,avoid adverse reactions.
