Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Cisplatin Clinical Observation Of Chemotherapy Regimens To Vomit

Objective: to observe the wrist ankle acupuncture prevention with the clinical effect of cisplatin chemotherapy patients after vomiting.Methods:according to the diagnostic standard and sample size calculation formula,will into the group of 45 cases with cisplatin chemotherapy to the patients into two groups according to random number tables,23 cases of control group given standard treatment before cisplatin chemotherapy(dexamethasone + tropane SiQiong),treatment group(22cases in the control group on the basis of wrist ankle acupuncture therapy,observe two groups the incidence of vomiting,response rate,clinical symptom scores and KPS score.Results:(1)general data analysis: after randomly into groups of two groups of age,BMI,diastolic and systolic blood pressure,breathing,heart rate,body temperature,duration by two independent sample t-test,differences between the two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Gender,nationality,history of allergies,medication history,past medical history,drug combination by chi-square test,the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Balance between the two way,there was no significant difference,comparable;(2)the clinical curative effect evaluation:(1)the incidence of vomiting and nausea,the rank and inspection on the third day,P < 0.05,in the first,second,fourth and fifth days,P > 0.05;(2)two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect by the rank and inspection,P < 0.05);(3)the change of the two groups of KPS by rank and inspection,P > 0.05,learned that the curative effect is not significant;Treatment group nausea and vomiting in the third day with the control group the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the rest four days was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion: wrist ankle acupuncture in the treatment of delayed vomiting caused by cisplatin have certain curative effect,and high safety.
