Clinical Observation Of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Combined With Homemade Chinese Medicine Liniment In The Treatment Of Tendon Tenosynovitis Of The Biceps Brachii

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave combined with self-made Chinese medicine liniment in the treatment of tendon tenosynovitis of the biceps of the biceps brachii.It was analyzed whether the in vitro shock wave combined with the self-made Chinese medicine liniment treatment had practical clinical significance.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group,each group of 30,all the experimental group were using the same kind of extracorporeal shock wave therapy,treatment Group using in vitro shock wave combined with homemade Chinese medicine liniment for treatment.The control group was treated with external shock wave combined with medical coupling agent.Were compared according to the conventional treatment program.After the completion of the test period,the scores of the two groups were compared.The clinical symptom score and the VAS score were used.The data were processed by SPSS 19.0 statistical tool to ensure the test data and The results are true and reliable.Results:The combination of extracorporeal shock wave and self-made Chinese herbal medicine can significantly improve the symptoms and overall curative effect.The overall efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine liniment was better than that of medical coupler,the overall effective rate was 89%in the treatment group and 76%in the control group.The overall efficacy ratio between the two groups was P<0.05,and the experimental results were statistically significant TheConclusion:The effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with homemade Chinese medicine liniment on the treatment of tendon tenosynovitis of the biceps femoris muscle is significant.
