Objective:In this paper,by intravenous injection of gadolinium diamine injection magnetic resonance dynamic enhanced sequence DCE-MRI,to investigate whether there is blood-brain barrier damage in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).If there is blood-brain barrier damage, then the blood-brain barrier damage and the severity of PD disease is related.Providing valuable resources for the discovery and study of new targets and signaling pathways for the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease, and providing a valuable platform for discovering and testing new drug delivery pathways.Materials and Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Parkinson’s disease 2016(version)collected from May 2016 to May 2017 during the visit in Jilin University Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital,a hospital in the hospital and outpatient diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease in 21 patients with PD patients Group and 14 cases of the same age group healthy and healthy volunteers to form a normal control group. All patients were treated with conventional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and intravenous injection of gadolinium diamine injection for DCE-MRI,Application of computer OK test software Patlak pharmacokinetic model to calculated intracranial substantia nigra, caudate nucleus, globus pallidus, cranial nucleus, thalamic region of interest(ROI)nerve nucleus Ktrans texture parameters(applying gray level cooccurrence matrix,GLCM).Starting side of PD patients and normal control group,PD patients with the first starting side and non-starting side,PD patients with early and late region of interest group Ktrans texture parameters were compared. When P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Results:In this study, the Ktrans texture parameters of the nucleus of the ROI were analyzed and compared in the PD patients and the normal control group by nonparametric rank sum test statistic method, the Ktrans texture parameters of the starting side of globus pallidus in PD patients were higher than those in the normal control group(P = 0.018),the difference was statistically significant, there was no significant difference between substantia nigra, caudate nucleus, cranial nucleus and thalamus(P> 0.05).The Ktrans texture parameters of the starting side of the substantia nigra in the PD group were significantly higher than those of the non-starting side substantia nigra(P = 0.005),the difference was statistically significant, there was no significant difference between globus pallidus, caudate nucleus, cranial nucleus and thalamus(P> 0.05).PD patients with early PD patients with advanced starting substantia nigra, caudate nucleus,of pale, putamen, thalamus Ktrans texture parameters were compared no significant difference(P> 0.05),PD patients with early PD patients with advanced non-starter substantia nigra, caudate nucleus,of pale, putamen, thalamus Ktrans texture parameters were compared no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that PD patients with the starting side of the globus pallidus, substantia nigra area of the existence of blood-brain barrier penetration and the degree of blood-brain barrier damage may be related to the severity of Parkinson’s disease.
