The Analysis Of Influence Factors On Mean Graft Flow In Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Of Left Internal Mammary Artery To Left Anterior Descending

ObjectiveTo study the effects on graft flow between left anterior descending arteries(LAD)occlusions or not in coronary artery bypass graft(CABG).To study the influence factors which affects the volumes of MGF in left internal mammary artery(LIMA)conjunction with LAD in CABG MethodsTotal 212 inpatient cases who conducted CABG were collected from October,2015 to July,2016.Among these cases,50 cases were along with LAD occlusions and 162 cases were not also as the case control.The mean graft flow(MGF),pulsatility index(PI),diastolic filling(DF)of LAD occlusion cases were recorded by blood flow detector,these parameters were compared with the same parameters of case controls.The MGF,PI,DF of LIMA conjuction with LAD cases were recorded by blood flow detector,the other information including myocardial infarction or not,the degree of coronary artery stenosis,the stite of coronary artery stenosis,vascular diameterwere,gender,age,weight,high blood pressure and other factors recorded.162 Patients in group did not block,the volumes of MGF were divided into high volume group and low volume group as the following standard,the volume of MGF was more than 22mL/min was defined as high volume group,however,the volume of MGF was less than 22mL/min was defined as low volume group.The effects of aboving parameters on MGF levels were compared.ResultsThe MGF and PI were 33.21±30.81 and 24.70±20.45mL/min,2.62±1.31 and 2.93±3.31 in 50 cases were along with LAD occlusions and 162 case controls,respectively.The MGF(p=0.067)and PI(p=0.441)had no significant difference between LAD occlusions and case controls.The DF value of LAD occlusions(73.34±10.21)was similary with case controls(75.39±8.09),the value of DF had no significant difference between RCA occlusions and case controls(p=0.143).Patients in group did not block,the values of MGF were higher in patients of myocardial infarction were higher(p =0.005).The values of MGF were higher in patients with higher DF(p =0.001).The values of MGF were higher with higher degrees of coronary artery stenosis(p =0.037).Conclusion1.LAD occlusion did not affect the mean graft flow of LIMA— LAD.2.No myocardial infarction,low DF,low degree stenosis of LAD were the dangerous factors of low MGF with LIMA —LAD.
