| Objective:Explore the preparation technology,quality specification,and the effect of immune function in mice of Ginseng Rehmannia Mulberry tables(GRMB).Methods:1 Technical study of GRMB1)In this paper,the preparation technology of micronization ginseng powder was investigated,and the effects of the factors of wind power,crushing time and single feed amount on the differentiation of ginseng were studied by using the density of the reactor,the angle of repose and the output ratio.2)The extraction methods of rehmanniae,mulberry and raspberry were investigated.The effects of water addition,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process were studied by orthogonal test.3)The effects of drying method,drying temperature and drying pressure on drying efficiency were investigated4)The granulation process was investigated,and the fluidity,bulk density and repose angle were measured.2 Quality specification study of GRMB1)According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the quality standards of raw materials were studied.2)Study on the quality specification of the micronization ginseng powder,including the identification of the micro powder ginseng;water inspection;Determination of particle size,particle size distribution and repose angle,determination of ginsenoside content.3)Study on the quality specification of GRMB,including the identification of micro powder ginseng,rehmanniae,mulberry and raspberry,the Inspection of weight difference,Content determination of rehmannia and raspberry.3 Efficacy study of GRMB1)The mice were divided into groups and were given GRMB for 30 days continuously.2)To explore the influence of GRMB on immune function in mice,including Con A induced lymphocyte transformation test,sheep red blood cells(SRBC)induced delayed hypersensitivity reaction,the number of antibody producing cell,the level of serum hemolysin,the ability od carbon clearance,the phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells in peritoneal macrophages,the activity of nature killer.3)According to the technical specification of health food inspection and evaluation,whether GRMB can enhance the immune function were determined.Results:1 Results of technical study of GRMB1)The best production technology of ginseng powder is that the length of the bag is 20 cm,the grinding time is 40min/ times,and the feeding amount is 500 g.2)Times of water,refluxing for 3 times and each time for 1.5 hours.3)The best drying process is that the use of vacuum drying,the temperature is 60-70℃,the pressure is 0.08 mpa.4)The best preparation technology for using 95% ethanol to make tablets.2 Result of Quality specification study of GRMBFinished the Quality specification graft as shown in the main body.3 Results of efficacy study of GRMB1)Each dose group had no effect on body weight in mice2)Each dose group could significantly increase the thymus index and spleen index of mice.3)High dose group could significantly enhance the ability of mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA.4)Dose group of high and middle could significantly improve the delayed-type allergy induced by sheep red blood cells.5)Each group GRMB has no obvious influence on the antibody generating cell capacity.6)Each group GRMB has no obvious influence on the content of serum hemolysin.7)Group of high and middle could significantly improve the Carbon clearance ability.8)High dose group could significantly enhance the phagocytosis of macrophages in chicken red blood cells.9)Group of high and middle could significantly improve natural killer cells activity.Conclusion1 Ginseng by wind bag length 20 cm,grinding time 40 min/times,shattering feed 500 g micronization powder,micronization ginseng powder mix with mixed powder.After granulating,drying and tabletting,we get the GRMB.2 GRMB has the effect of increase immunity function. |
