The Effects On Acupuncture Combined With Chinese Herbal Medicine For The Expression Of IL-6 And IL-8 In Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases Sequela Rats’ Serum

Objective:through the observation of acupuncture combined with Pen Shu Decoction(which can help treat sequelae of PID)of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae rat serum inflammatory factors in the levels of IL-6,IL-8,discuss the treatment of type "is empty and" the action mechanism and the effect of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.Methods:1.Wistar female rats were chosen as the subjects,using "mixed bacteria inflammation and mechanical injury" method to establish model of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.Observe pelvic cavity of rats pathologically on the 7th,14th and 21 day after modeling.2.Randomly chosen 8 rats as blank group,and model the rest rats.After modeling,the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,in the 15th day after the modeling,used intervention therapy.Model group and blank control group were given distilled water to fill the stomachs.;Acupuncture group were given guan yuan point,blood sea point,sp6(san yin jiao point)stimulation;Proprietary Chinese medicine group were used Dan Huang Dispelling Stasis Capsule to fill the stomachs;Chinese traditional medicine group were given Pen Shu Decoction to fill the stomachs,the combination of acupuncture with medicine group rats were given acupuncture stimulation combined Pen Shu Decoction treatment at the same time to fill the stomachs.After 14 days,using HE staining method,through the observation of the pathological changes of uterus tissue in rat lens,with ELISA method to detect the rat inflammatory factors in the serum IL-6,IL-8 levels.Results:1.Successfully established SPID rat models.By observation of the discovery:7 days after modeling operation,rats’ uterus were marked hyperemia,with inflammatory cells infiltration,no pelvic adhesion chronic inflammation and fibrosis,changed the typical performance;14 days after modeling operation,macroscopic observation extensive adhered pelvic tissue in rats,with serious hydrometra,visible glands expensed,and fibrosis changed significantly;IL-6 and IL-8 expression in serum of SPID rats models was significantly higher than in normal rats(P<0.01).2.After two weeks of intervention therapy,each treatment group’s rats pelvic situation improved to some extent,among them,acupuncture combined with Pen Shu Decoction group improved the best;Each treatment group rats’ serum level of IL-6,IL-8 have been cut,with acupuncture combined with Pen Shu Decoction group had the greatest reduction(P>0.05)..Conclusion:Through the "mechanical damage and mixed bacteria infection" method can successfully establish SPID rat model.Acupuncture combined with Pen Shu Decoction promotes the inflammatory cytokines in the serum IL-6 and IL-8 expressions mainly by inhibiting inflammation of rats,to reduce tissue damage,promote inflammation absorption,so as to achieve the purpose of the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.
