Clinical Observation Of Auricular Acupuncture In Tre Treatment Of Post Stroke Depression

Object:Through the observation of auricular acupuncture treatment for sixty post-stroke depression curative effect comparison,to seek a new thinking and clinical effective treatment of depression after stroke.Methods:sixty patients met the inclusion criteria of after-stroke depression were randomly divided into auricular acupuncture therapy group and control group,thirty cases in each group.The two groups were both treated with basic treatment of acupuncture and drug therapy.On this basis,the treatment group were treated with auricular acupuncture.Auricular acupuncture treatment were processed once everyday,for six days continuously,then rest for 1 day,1 week as 1 course of treatment,the clinical observation totally run for 12 courses(12 weeks).In the beginning and after treatment,each group of patients were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale,and the ability of daily living of TCM syndrome score standard score.The final obtained data was analyzed by the SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:Patients of these two groups in each scale score after treatment than before treatment,the score improved significantly(p<0.05).When compared with the control group,treatment of TCM symptom score group were the degree of depression,and activities of daily living capacity improved significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion:Both auricular acupuncture and simple oral drugs can improve the symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression;auricular acupuncture with the drug treatment for after-stroke depression is better than simple oral medication.It can improve the patients’ depressive symptoms,the quality of life.The treatment for post-stroke depression is easy to put into effect,safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.
