| Study Background and Objective: Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS)is a functional gastrointestinal disorder characterized by increased abdominal pain or abdominal discomfort,accompanied by an increased number of bowel movements,changes in bowel movements and bowel habits.IBS was divided into four clinical subtypes according to the Rome III diagnostic criteria,diarrhea,constipation,mixed and unformed.Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS-D)is characterized by stool-like stool or water samples,equivalent to the spleen and kidney yang deficiency diarrhea of the motherland medicine.IBS is a global disease,the total incidence rate of about 5%-25%,the current prevalence of 5.6%-11.5%,of which diarrhea(IBS-D)is the most common,about 2 / 3,the main patients for young people and middle-aged,and mostly women.In recent years,the incidence of spleen and kidney yang deficiency diarrhea was significantly increased,its recurrent,chronic delay,to the patient’s life,work had a serious negative impact.At present,western medicine is only taken to alleviate the clinical symptoms of treatment,and the disease is easy to stop after the disease,the general effect.Motherland medicine from the overall approach,through the four diagnostic methods,the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,in the clinical treatment of diarrhea with side effects,good effect,easy to relapse and other good advantages.Therefore,this study by the Shenlingbaizhu powder and Sishenwan on treatment of diarrhea,the classic side of the party and in accordance with clinical symptoms,dialectical basis on both sides with the card addition and subtraction,observe the clinical efficacy for the future in the treatment And the prevention and treatment of diarrhea in the clinical application to provide a strong basis.Material and Methods: The patients were selected from January to December 2016.The patients were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University.60 randomly selected diarrhea patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine shenlingbaizhu powder and sishenwan.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium,4 weeks for a course of treatment,observe the two groups before and after treatment of syndrome scores and efficacy changes,and analysis and comparison.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software,and the measurement data((?)±s)were used.The t-test was used to measure the data between the groups.The odds were tested by using the x 2 test and the curative effect evaluation.P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results: The treatment group was cured in 4 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,the total effective rate of 86.67%;the control group 1 case of clinical recovery,markedly effective in 6 cases,effective in 14 cases,9 cases,the total effective rate of 70(P <0.05),suggesting that in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type of diarrhea in the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(Shenlingbaizhu powder and Sishenwan)is better than western medicine control group(Bifidobacterium bacillus Lactobacillus strain).On the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type of diarrhea in the main symptoms(coldness of the body and limbs)and 2 secondary symptoms(diet reduction,fatigue)before and after treatment of the symptoms(P <0.01,P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.In this clinical observation,60 subjects were not significant adverse reactions.Conclusion: This study shows that the addition and subtraction of Shenlingbaizhu powder and Sishenwan can effectively improve the clinical syndromes of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency-type diarrhea and achieve good expected effect,and its curative effect is better than that of Bifidobacterium bacillus sheet.And has a good safety,can improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of application,can be promoted in clinical treatment. |
