A Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Irbesartan Combined With Zhiling Hyphae Capsule On Microalbuminuria (MAU) Of Patients With Hypertension

Objective:tTo test the microalbuminuria of hypertensive patients by using the test papers,and explore the positive rate of microalbuminuria in patients with essential hypertension outpatients,and the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist and TCM Zhiling hyphae capsules on microalbuminuria.Methods:429 patients with hypertension diagnosed at XXX hospital Cardiology Outpatient department and XX Community Outpatient department from December 2015 to February 2017 were subsumed into this study.Relevant information was collected by using the research form.The patients were classified into different groups according to gender and age,and then the characteristics of blood pressure were analyzed;the fresh urine was collected.The microalbuminuria(MAU)and creatinine levels were tested in use of dipstick urine trace detection,,and the positive rate of MAU was calculated;for patients with MAU positive,the angiotensin Ⅱreceptor antagonist(ARB)was employed as based antihypertensive drug for one month,and then the relevant parameters were tested,which were compared with MAU level of the original results.;the MAU positive patients were randomly divided into ARB combined with TCM Zhiling hyphae capsules Group and Non-combination Group,whose MAU negative transformation rate were observed after the treatment.Results:1.The diastolic blood pressure of male group was obviously higher than that of female group(p<0.01).The younger,the diastolic blood pressure was higher,there was no obvious difference between the systolic blood pressure of different groups.2.The total MAU positive rate of entire 429 patients was 38.00%.The detection value of MAU in the male was obviously higher than female group(p<0.01).3.The detection value of MAU in the group after the treatment was obviously lower than that before the treatment(p<0.01).4.Treated with ARB combined with zhiling hyphae capsules,the transformation rate of MAU from positive to negative was 69.77%,which was obviously higher than that of the control group(p<0.01).The control group was 41.46%.Conclusions:1.The general MAU rate of the entire hypertension patients was high.And positive rate of MAU in male patients,the elderly and young adults was higher.During the management of hypertension,the detection of MAU in elderly patients and young patients should be paid more attention.2.ARB(irbesartan)drugs can reduce the positive rate of MAU and the level of MAU in patients with hypertension,thus playing a role in the prevention and treatment of early renal damage.3.Zhiling hyphae capsule have a good control effect in reducing positive MAU rate,but their mechanism of action still requires further study.
