The Study On Equalization Of Basic Medical And Health Services In Jing-Jin-Ji Region

The university of health services concerns the basic health of the popularity of all citizens.Guaranteeing the health of the residents has the direct bearing on the development and social stability of the whole society.Therefore,it is a major goal in the current reality to promote the equalization of basic medical and health services,which has been a hot concerned topic of the central and local.Jing-Jin-Ji and collaborative development forum has been put forward many years ago.Xi Jinping rose the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji to the national strategic level for the first time in 2014.Currently,Jing-Jin-Ji region is one of China’s three metropolitan circle.To build a new economic circle of the capital is becoming one of the strategies for the coordinated development of the region of Jing-Jin-Ji.What’s more,Jing-Jin-Ji medical integration has been noted as a breakthrough in the joint development of Jing-Jin-Ji region.From what has been discussed above,the study of the equalization of basic medical and health services in Jing-Jin-Ji region has important practical significance in promoting the coordinated and healthy development of social economy and the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji.Therefore,in this background,the Jing-Jin-Ji region is chosen as the research object in this paper.The equalization of basic medical and health services and the factors affecting the level of equalization is analyzed.Finally suggestions to promote the equalization of basic medical and health services of the Jing-Jin-Ji region are found out.Firstly,the status quo of basic medical and health resources in the Jing-Jin-Ji region is analyzed by descriptive statistical method.The level of equalization of basic medical and health services is analyzed by the Gini coefficient.Secondly,in order to evaluate the level of equalization of basic medical and health services,the service indicators of basic medical and health services are constructed.The basic medical and health services in Jing-Jin-Ji region level is evaluate by the information entropy index,Theil index,entropy TOPSIS methods.It can been seen that the unbalanced degree of overall basic medical and health services of the Jing-Jin-Ji region is gradually reduced.Analysis of the basic medical and health service level two level index shows that the non-equalization of physical health of the Jing-Jin-Ji region,human resources,the use of health services and the health level have a higher degree.However,the degree of the non-equalization on medical and health resources and health service quality and efficiency have been improved.Then the reasons affecting the inequality of basic medical and health services of Jing-Jin-Ji region are found out by applying panel regression,impulse response,variance decomposition to the empirical research.Finally effective suggestions to promote the equalization of basic medical and health services of the Jing-Jin-Ji region are put forward in this paper.
