ObjectiveDiscuss the value appliction of cochlear electric chart area in the diagnosis ofMeniere disease.Combing the Modern medical technology of Electrocochleogram with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,comparing the syndromes of Electrocochleogram SP/AP amplitude ratio and area ratio between the differences and connections,combined with the results of the study,to explore a more sensitive speech Meniere Disease diagnosis index,and applying the modern research technology to evidence-based medicine of TCM better.Methodscollection 87 cases of outpatient and hospitalization Meniere disease patients,which get Electrocochleogramthe examination in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province’ s listening test center from August 2015 to January 2017。30 cases of men,57 cases of women。Testing Electrocochleogramthe for all patients’ double ears。Recording the result of SP/AP area ratio and the amplitude ratio at the same time。Comparing positive rate of Meniere disease detection between the amplitude ratio and area ratio of Electrocochleogramthe。Dialectical classification for patients with traditional Chinese medicine at the same time。comparison of the two parameters positive result and the correlation of syndrome types。Useing Fisher’s exact test for the Electrocochleogramthe SP/AP amplitude ratio and area ratio。ResultsIn all 87 patients were collected,there are 58 cases of unilateral disease,29 cases withdouble ear sicken at the same time。There are 116 sickness ears。Among all the affected ear,30 cases of amplitude ratio detection positive rate was 25.86%,the area ratio detection of 86 cases positive rate is 66.37,the two statistical differences,P<0.05.To traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification in the 87 patients,marrow sea deficiency is 21,qi failing to transport upward is 12,cold water flooding is 5,essence of liver Yang is 17,randomized stagnation of phlegm in a total of 32 people.In five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine classification,the area ratio of the detection positive rate were higher than amplitude ratio。And insufficient in the marrow sea deficiency,qi failing to transport upward and randomized stagnation of phlegm in the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionCochlear electric chart area ratio in the diagnosis of speech is higher than the amplitude ratio of the sensitivity of Meniere Disease。In the classification of traditional Chinese medicine,Phlegm turbidity resistance in most patients.In clinical application。Insufficient in the marrow sea deficiency,qi failing to transport upward And phlegm turbidity resistance type speech Meniere Disease in cochlear electric diagram of the SP/AP area of comparative amplitude than more clinical value.
