| Objective:To investigate the relationship among necrophilias and lymphocytes ratio(NLR),platelets and lymphocyte ratios(PLR),CRP and the diagnosis and severity of pneumonia in children. Methods:Fifty healthy children were selected as control group in the hospital for maternal and child health;100 children with pneumonia who were hospitalized from January 1,2015 to December 31,2015 were chosen for the research and they are divided into severe pneumonia group(n = 50)and mild pneumonia group(n = 50).Detection of healthy children, pneumonia in children with admission to the blood and CRP values.Calculating necrophilias and lymphocytes ratio(NLR),platelets and lymphocytes ratio(PLR),and analyzing the relationship among NLR,PLR and CRP and the diagnosis and severity of pneumoniaResults:1.The mean value of NLR in the control group was 0.50 ± 0.02,the mean value of NLR in the pneumonia group was 2.73 ± 0.22,and the mean value of NLR in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average NLR of mild pneumonia was 1.5 ± 0.2,and the average NLR of severe pneumonia was 3.96 ± 0.40,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The average PLR of the control group was 52.0 ± 3.5,and the pneumonia group was 166.0±11.5,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean PLR of mild pneumonia was 151±13,and the mean PLR of severe pneumonia was 182 ± 13,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The mean CRP of the control group was 3.5±0.3 mg/L and 22.81±2.11 mg/L in the pneumonia group, and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean CRP of children with mild pneumonia was 15.3 ± 1.4 mg/L and severe pneumonia was 30.32 ± 2.20mg/L,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:NLR、PLR and CRP can be used as a reference for the diagnosis of pneumonia in children, these three indicators can identify the severity of pneumonia in children. |
