To Four Points Around Navel Acupuncture Curative Effect Observation Of Its Effect On Promoting Ovulation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion ovulation effect,evaluation and clinical efficacy of acupuncture method in the spleen as the theoretical basis of the earth,and to explore its mechanism,to provide reference for the proof of acupuncture combined with moxibustion ovulation,improve the endometrial thickness advantage.MethodsMethods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,of which 30 cases were treated by Acupuncture and Western medicine,and the following treatment was performed at fifth days after the menstrual cycle:1.acupuncture group:The main points:Tianshu(double),Shuifen,Yinjiao,Guilai,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao.Acupoints:the lacking of qi and blood:Xuehai,Taichong;damp and heat beeting:Shuidao,Ciliao;Cold due to deficiency of blood plus Guanyuan,Mingmen;phlegm stasis plus Yin ling quan,Fenglong.About 5 mg wheat abdominal acupuncture operation method:take careful moxa,made sharp,rough,sharp and easy to put in the ai,about 2 mm in diameter,height of about 3 mm,after corresponding acupoints are coated with medicine juice,placed on body surface,light the moxa cone top,after being local burn patients with sleep,to press the moxa cone thumbnail to make it out,sticks to the next point in the same way.On the theory of traditional Chinese acupuncture points as follows:Point 1 put Guan yuan;Points 2 put Shiguan(double);Points 3 put Hua rou men,Tian shu and Wai ling;Points 4 put from Hua rou men to Wai ling;Points 5 put Shui fen,Yin jiao and Huang shu;Points 6 put Gui lai(double),Da he(double)and Fu she(double);Points 7 put Liang qiu(double),Yin du(double),Zhong wan and the middle of Liang men and Yin du;Points 8,9 points is given priority to with foot lunar spleen,;Points 10 put Da ju,Si man and 1 inches below the navel,Tai yi,Shang Qu and 2 inches above the navel.After the acupuncture treatment of wheat abdominal acupuncture treatment immediately,once a day.Withdrawal in menstruation or vaginal bleeding of the fifth day of oral folic acid chloride m capsule,a daily dose of 50 mg,stay 5 days.2.western medicine group:oral clomiphene,usage with acupuncture group.Medication and adverse reactions were recorded during the course of treatment.3 menstrual cycles were observed in each of the two groups,and the treatment was completed at the end of the treatment period.Before and after treatment,we recorded the patient’s age,course of disease,TCM syndrome differentiation,endometrial thickness,SDS depression scale,ovulation frequency and pregnancy,to evaluate the clinical efficacy.ResultsTwo groups of patients during the treatment did not fall and eliminate cases.Two groups of patients before treatment,in the age,course of disease,TCM syndrome differentiation,P values were greater than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of patients before treatment comparable.Before the treatment,acupuncture group SDS score was 44.63 + 11.49,western medicine group,the SDS score was 48.50 + 12.54,between the two groups by t test,the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.22>0.05);acupuncture group after treatment,the SDS score was 40 + 9.72,western medicine group,the SDS score was 46.27 + 9.45,the two groups after treatment SDS score compared with before treatment were significantly different(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups after treatment SDS score had significant difference(P=0.02<0.05),in short,can reduce the two methods for the treatment of patients with SDS score,SDS score and acupuncture group decreased than that of Western medicine group.Before treatment,the endometrial thickness of the acupuncture group was 6.63+ 1.16,and the endometrial thickness of the western medicine group was 6.50+ 1.53.The two independent sample t test,P=0.70>0.05,showed that there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment.Comparison before and after acupuncture group,the paired samples t test,t=-5.12;self contrast western medicine group,the paired samples t test,t=-2.60,P of two groups were<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,which is the two treatment methods can promote endometrial growth.The endometrial thickness of the two groups after treatment was independent sample t test,t=-0.13,p=0.89>0.05,indicating that the acupuncture group in the improvement of endometrial thickness and Western medicine group curative effect is quite.Before treatment,the ovulation frequency of two groups did not meet the normal distribution,and the rank sum test,p>0.05 showed that the difference of ovulation frequency between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant.After treatment,the number of ovulation in the two groups was compared with that before treatment,and P was<0.05,indicating that the two treatments can significantly improve ovulation.After treatment,the ovulation frequency of the two groups did not meet the normal distribution,and was tested by rank sum test.After treatment,the number of ovulation between the two groups was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that in the aspect of increasing ovulation frequency,the acupuncture group was better than the western medicine group.After the treatment,two groups of pregnancy rates were compared by chi square test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that after treatment,the two groups of pregnancy rates were not statistically significant,both in improving the pregnancy outcome is quite effective.ConclusionIn the spleen as moxibustion treatment of earth in river as the theoretical basis of the concept of abdominal acupuncture combined with improvement in depression,anovulatory infertility patients’ endometrial thickness,ovulation number and TCM syndrome compared with simple western medicine has the advantage,and is a safe and effective method of assisted conception.
