Reflection confocal microscope(also called confocal laser scanning microscope,skin three-dimensional CT,CT)is nearly 50 years,the rapid development of a new generation of microscope technology.This paper briefly introduces the development status and the main structure form,working principle and applied in dermatology,design and development with independent intellectual property rights of Reflectance Confocal Microscopy patch,patch is given mainly made from material composition,physical parameters;Through experiments prove that using this patch in the Reflectance Confocal Microscopy imaging of reliability and can be used,And experimental use domestic patches on the skin CT instrument detection of 200 patients with different skin disease.Test purpose: Compare imported tiles and domestic the consistency of the patches on the skin disease diagnosis test of domestic patch alternative,reduce the cost;Methods:Under the same test conditions,Random collection of 50 patients with clinically diagnosed with imported and domestically produced two patch at the same time,the test results by drawing into the form and SPSS statistical analysis;Results: the two patches in the diagnosis of psoriasis and vitiligo and clinical diagnosis of the same consistency(P > 0.05);Conclusion: domestic patch can replace imported tiles.The simple patch production,reduce costs,material availability,equipment for the realization of the Reflectance Confocal Microscopy have created favorable conditions.
