Purpose In this study,an army hospital in Anhui Province was selected as the research object,use the hospital operating data collected from end of April 2010 to the end of April 2016.Analysis the operation problems and their causes of the military hospital which participate in the medical reform from the economic benefits,workload,quality of treatment,efficiency and patient burden.At the same time to analysis independent departments as a unit using the principal component weighted TOPSIS method to conduct their comprehensive assessment.Give advice on the development of disciplines with a view to achieve demonstrative effects in the same size of the army or local hospitals.Method Use the keywords to search relevant literature.Combing the different development characteristics between military and local hospital and actual situation for expert interviews and panel discussions to give qualitative analysis of the 24‐month operating data of the Army Hospital from 2014 to 2016.At the same time analysis the relevant information through the descriptive and quantitative analytical statistical methods.Results1.By the operating data from the sample hospital,it’s relatively smalleffectof structural price adjustment on the overall operation,but the income growth slowed down,showing this hospital able to achieve a smooth transition during the medical reform.2.Cancel drug addition to achieve benefit to patients,but in the control of high‐value supplies,some health care workers have transfer their benefit focus from drugs the supplies.From the control of the data point of view the clinical use of supplies had no significant changes.3.Medical technology costs can highlight the medical staff status,and also reflect the value of labor,mobilize the enthusiasm of the work.Conclusions1.Although the hospital in medical reform has been able to achieve the operation of the smooth,but the overall earnings growth slowed down.On the one hand this prompted the hospital managers grasp the public welfare,on the other hand should control the scale of hospital development.2.In the new medical reform process,it is not difficult to see that the value of medical technology will be a new growth point for hospital operations.Hospital should be technology‐oriented,training hospital technical personnel,improving the core competitiveness of science and technology.3.In the new stage of medical reform military hospitals should be recognize the special mission of the army and the general social responsibility,to actively explore the inherent goal of public welfare.4.Military hospitals have the goal of integrate military and civilian development by learning and exchange with local hospitals.For all aspects of the hospital and the business process reengineering management process,in the full training of risk management culture,establish risk awareness and improve the multi‐angle risk management system.
