Factors Analysis Of Surgical Incision Poor Healing After Open Reduction And Internal Fixation Of Calcaneal Fracture

ObjectiveIn this study,we collected the clinical cases,screened the appropriate cases into the group,collected research data to explore the lead calcaneal fracture reduction after internal fixation of incision healing factors related to the statistical analysis of its relevance,for the prevention of calcaneus Fracture reduction and internal fixation after the wound healing to provide theoretical basis and objective data reference.MethodsAccording to the method of retrospective analysis,the subjects were classified by fracture type,interval of operation time,sex,age and operation time under the condition of unified preoperative,operative and postoperative treatment.Observation,outpatient referral and telephone return visit were followed up.The incidence of postoperative complications(incisional skin necrosis and incision infection)was statistically analyzed.ResultIn accordance with the inclusion criteria of this study,101 patients with open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fractures in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected in this study.Among them,postoperative wound healing was observed according to the diagnostic criteria.There were 26 patients with good postoperative wound healing and 75 patients.After univariate analysis,univariate analysis showed that there was no correlation between the wound healing and the sex,age and type of fracture(P>0.05).The results showed that there was no correlation between wound healing and postoperative(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that:in addition to intraoperative bone graft this factor,the other factors are related,according to the independent factor of the intensity of the order:the time of surgery,after injury to surgery Time interval,after taking the blood circulation of traditional Chinese meadcine.ConclusionThrough this study,the calcaneal fracture operation time,the time interval after injury to surgery,whether to take blood circulation after taking traditional Chinese medicine and other factors is the impact of calcaneal fractures after reduction of internal fixation of wound healing after the independent factors.So,in the treatment of calcaneal fractures,the strict grasp of the timing of surgery,assessment and then determine the timing of surgery,skilled surgical skills,shorten the operation time,patients.after the blood circulation to the traditional Chinese medicine,to a certain extent,reduce calcaneal fracture incision The incidence of wound healing was observed after reduction of internal fixation.
