Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of "Da Fang Feng Tang Decoction" For Deficiency Of Qi And Blood And Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney In The Treatment Of Chondromalacia Patellae

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of "Da Fang Feng Tang Decoction" for deficiency of Qi and blood and deficiency of liver and kidney in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae.To observe the guidance role of “preventive treatment of disease” for chondromalacia patellae.Methods:In this study,the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and the control group taking Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules(Hongkong Aomei pharmaceutical factory production of 0.75g/ grain).The treatment group and the control group were treated with conventional treatment of four biceps muscle exercise.According to the inclusion criteria of chondromalacia of patients and to order of the group to the treatment group and the control group,at the same time to complete the knee function evaluation scale(WOMAC score).Records of adverse reactions and adverse events and loss situation.After the end of treatment in patients with complete examination group(with the same inspection items into the group after group).To complete the analysis of statistical data(clinical count data by chi-square test;measurement data to mean±standard deviation((x|-)±s),and the independent samples t-test and paired samples t-test analysis;clinical analysis and Wilcoxon test analysis).According to the design of the evaluation criteria,to finally clear the clinical efficacy of “Da Fang Feng Tang Decoction” to deficiency of Qi and blood and deficiency of liver and kidney for chondromalacia patellae.Results:This paper according to the design requirements of a total of 80 patients with chondromalacia patella,which lasted 2 years.Among them,5 patients were removed from the study group because of the combination of drugs,and there were 7 patients who had lost their visits.There were no adverse reactions and adverse events occurred in the two groups.A total of 68 patients completed the study,the course of treatment was 6 weeks.Baseline analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in gender,age,duration of disease(p>0.05),and there was no significant difference in WOMAC score between the two groups(p>0.05).The two groups were comparable with random design.According to the standards set by the topic of clinical,35 cases of patients in the treatment group of 32 cases for clinical effective rate was 91.4%;33 cases of patients in the control group,28 cases were clinical effective,efficiency of 84.8%;the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference between the clinical efficiency of(p=0.359).Conclusion:1.The primary outcome analysis found that the application of “Da Fang Feng Tang Decoction” in the treatment of blood deficiency and liver and kidney deficiency type of chondromalacia patella,are clinically effective.There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of deficiency of Qi and blood and deficiency of liver and kidney.2.The secondary outcome index analysis found that the application of the“Da Fang Feng Tang Decoction” and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules can improve the function of the knee joint and the improvement of the observation index in the treatment group and the control group no significant difference.3.The idea of " preventive treatment of disease " has a positive guiding significance in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae.
