System Review Of Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine With Regulating The Liver And The Kidney Simultaneously Therapy For Parkinson’s Disease With Depression

Objective:To systematic evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Traditional Chinese Medicine with regulating the liver and the kidney simultaneously therapy for depression in Parkinson’s disease(DPD)Methods: According to the retrieval strategy,using the computer retrieve the database,including the Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),Chinese academic journal full text database(CNKI),Chinese scienceand technology periodical full text database(VIP),Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,Chinese Clinical Trial Registe(Chi CTR),PubMed,Cochrane Library and Embase,and the dine limited to the database setup time to 2017.01.31,through the retrieved review and clinical research literature references for retrospective retrieval and citation retrieval to supplement.According to include and exclude standards to deal with literature,data acquisition by two researchers independently.According to the Cochrane collaboration bias risk assessment tools to evaluate risk of bias,furthemlore extracting infornlation and carry on Metaanalysis.With the help of Rewnan5.3 software for the data analysis,through mapping the forest figure and risk summary come to the compr-hensive conclusion.Results: A total of 15 studies were included.Meta analysis showed that compared to the control group,the results of efficiency,the HAMD score comparison,and UPDRS score comparison are better in compound Traditional Chinese Medicine with regulating the liver and the kidney simultaneously therapy for DPD.2 studys described the UPDRS I score with great clinical heterogeneity,merging data haven’t been done.2 studies described the ADL score,as that with great clinical heterogeneity,merging data haven’t been done.2 study showed that after treatment,the score of ADL in experimental group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There are 9 studies were carried out safety analysis,2 of the studies used the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)to evaluate the adverse reactions,which showed that the difference was statistically significantConclusion:The study by the system review shows that the compound Traditional Chinese Medicine with regulating the liver and the kidney simultaneously therapy to DPD with a good curative efficacy.However,it is necessary to carry out randomized controlled trials that reasonable design,correct implementation,and complete report,in order to obtain a higher level clinical evidence.
