Study On The Relationship Between Early Response Of Entecavir And The Type Of TCM Constitution In Patients With Hbeag Positive Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the early response of entecavir in patients with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B and the type of TCM constitution,and to explore the role of TCM constitution in the treatment of entecavir,which will guide the treatment of patients with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B from TCM constitution.Method:Inpatient or outpatient follow-up of HBeAg positive CHB patients were enrolled in this study from October 2016 to July 2017 in Infection department,Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military region,who were divided into damp-heat group(group A)、qi-stagnation group(group B)、qi-deficiency group(group C)and yin-deficiency group(group D)by classification for TCM constitution,each group 20 cases.All patients were treated with entecavir.Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level、HBV DNA quantification and HBV makers were measured before treatment、12 weeks of treatment and 24 weeks of treatment.HBV makers were measured by CLIA.HBV DNA was quantitated by fluorescence PCR.Evaluating the response of various constitutions patients and comparing the difference between various constitutions of efficacy at weeks 12、24.Software SPSS 13.0 will be used for collecting the data.If p<0.05,the research has statistical significance,and bilateral inspection will be applied for hypothesis testing.Results:76 cases are enrolled into the statistical analysis and comparison in the end,including 19 cases of damp-heat,18 cases of qi-stagnation,19 cases of qi-deficiency,20 cases of yin-deficiency.There are no statistically significant difference in four groups with HBV DNA conversion rate of lower detected level、ALT recovery rate、HBeAg negative or seroconversion rate at the time of 12 weeks of entecavir treatment(P>0.05).No significant difference is observed in ALT normalization rate、HBeAg negative or seroconversion rate between the two groups at the 24 weeks after treatment with entecavir(P>0.05).At weeks 24,both group A and group B are better than group C and group D with HBV DNA conversion rate of lower detected level(P<0.05),but there are no statistically significant difference between group A and group B as well as group C and group D(P>0.05).Conclusion:Group A and group B’s antiviral response trend are better than group C and group D’s,suggesting that there is a certain correlation between the type of TCM constitution and the efficacy of entecavir.
