PurposeTo evaluate the agreement of post-keratoplasty corneal curvature measurements of three devices:OPD-Scan Ⅲ,Pentacam HR,Humphrey Atlas 9000Method1.80 eyes were enrolled and divided into two groups:with or without suture,which have had keratoplasty in RunrunShaw hospital from March 2014 to March 2017.2.All participants were tested by a single skilled technician randomly with three devices:OPD-Scan Ⅲ(NIEDK),Pentacam HR(Oculus Optikgerate GmbH),Humphrey Atals 9000(Carl Zeiss Meditec AG).Each item repeated more than three times3.the flat simulated keratometry(Kf),the steep simulated keratometry(Ks)and their meridian,the mean simulated keratometry(Km),JO,J45 of three devices were recorded.Data analysis was done using SPSS version 22.0 and MedCalcl5.2.The differences of corneal parameters were analyzed by Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test.Pearson correlation coefficients were computed to assess the relationship between three devices.We also used the Bland-Altman method and Mountain map to study agreement,and calculated the 95%limits of agreement(LOA)as mean difference ±1.96 standard deviation and the width of agreement as the difference of upper and lower LOAResults1.Except for the Kf between OPD-Scan Ⅲ 和 Pentacam HR in group with suture,and Ks,Km,J0 between OPD-Scan Ⅲ 和 Pentacam HR in the group without suture,and JO between Pentacam HR 和 Humphrey Atlas 9000 in the group without suture,multiple comparisons of all other corneal parameters showed no statistical significant differences among the three devices.2.1n the group with suture,the Pearson correlation coefficients of all parameters among the three devices were from 0.540 to 0.871.In the group without suture,the Pearson correlation coefficients of all parameters among the three devices were from 0.684 to 0.963.The Pearson correlation coefficients of all parameters between Pentacam HR and Humphrey Atlas 9000 were bigger than that of these two devices between OPD-Scan Ⅲ.The Pearson correlation coefficients of all parameters among the three devices in the group without suture were bigger than that in the group with suture.3.ALL of width of agreement were greater than 2D,which can’t be accepted clinically.The width of agreement of parameters among the three devices in the group without suture were smaller than that in the group with suture.Conclusions1.There were not significant differences of post-keratoplasty anterior corneal curvature measurements among three devices.2.All comparisons among three devices are significantly correlated.It shows the best correlation between OPD-Scan Ⅲ and Pentacam HR,and shows the worst correlation between Pentacam HR and Humphrey Atlas 9000.3.Post-keratoplasty anterior corneal curvature measurements among three devices show poor agreement,and can’t be interchanged clinically.4.All comparisons among three devices in the group without suture show better correlation and agreement than that in the group with suture.
