The number of patients with mental disorders is increasing in China,due to the shortage of professional care resources,family care is still the main body of the current mental disorders care,family caregivers not only solve the problem of care for the vast majority of mental disorders,but also Reducing the loss of medical resources and the cost of care institutions.But the caregivers are facing the pressure of life,work,study,social and so on.The physical and mental health is facing the severe challenge.In this paper,the caregivers of mental disorders were selected as the subjects of the study.The results showed that the caregivers of mental patients were divided into tangible pressure and invisible pressure,Tangible pressure:physical stress caused by economic constraints;care of patients caused by physical and mental fatigue,intangible pressure:the community,neighbors,police conflict;family relations between the friction;complex doctor-patient relationship;Social discrimination,stigma and marginalization.According to the results of the interviews,the sociological theory was used to analyze the sources of the stress.The main reasons were as follows:the lack of welfare policy;the self-denial of the stigma;the breakdown of the social support network.On the basis of this study,this study combines the practical characteristics of social work,to be case intervention,the actual situation for the case,for the reconstruction of social support network,in order to alleviate the pressure of care purposes.Finally,the stress coping strategies,combined with the interview content and case intervention effect,from three aspects to alleviate the caregiver care pressure.First,to improve the welfare of the mentally retarded caregivers policy:through the provision of respite service;recognized social contribution of caregivers to provide labor remuneration;professional case counseling;improve health insurance policies,etc.to alleviate the caregiver physical and psychological pressure.Second,to help people with mental disorders and their caregivers to stigmatize:mental disorders and caregivers themselves to face up to mental illness,not self-denial;community to increase publicity and education,commitment to defamation responsibility;media focus on public opinion-Guide the public's attention to the group.Third,the reconstruction of social support network:the hospital and the professional support of medical staff;family economic and emotional support;government,community policy,life support;social organization link role.
