Aim of the experimental,usnic acid sodium is extracted from the use of long Usnea Usnea acid synthesis sodium,usnic acid has effects on antibacterial,antiviral,insecticidal,anti-tumor etc.Fibroblasts in the skin wound healing process plays an important role,after this study,the effect of sodium Concept Cha Songluo fibroblasts within the wound pathology,fibroblasts associated factors,and usnic acid sodium salt on fibroblasts in vitro the role of sodium Usnea inquiry by fibroblast ways to promote wound healing,healing growth factors associated with other effects.Method of the experimental,in vivo experiments to wistar rats were used as experimental animals,rats weighing 200-220 g,the 12 male rats were randomly divided into four groups,namely control group,gentamicin control,solvent control group,sodium Usnea treatment group.After modeling the wound,the wound smear daily medication,and measure the diameter of the wound,the healing rate calculation,the wound healed completely after each comparison group the healing rate.Take 60 wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,gentamicin control,solvent control group,Usnea sodium treatment group 4 groups of 15,the same wound modeling and medication with the measured rate of wound healing,respectively,after the first administration 1d,3d,7d,14 d,21d in each group were sacrificed after 3 taken near the wound tissue biopsy performed and immunohistochemical staining.In vitro experiments with L929 cells(mouse fibroblasts)as experimental subjects,testing sodium Usnea their proliferation,migration rate,the secretion of growth factors and affect the synthesis of collagen.Results:1.the rate of wound healing in comparison,Usnea sodium and gentamicin similar,significantly higher than the control group with the control group.2.pathological sodium in considerable Chasong Luo group consisting of cells with gentamicin fiber content is higher than the other two groups,the collagen fibers are more abundant,more closely aligned.3.immunohistochemistry results showed that sodium Usnea group and GM group transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)on the first day of the third day of each group are a large number of secretion of TGF-β1,gentamicin Usnea sodium group and comparison group and the vehicle group control group significantly,the seventh day of the beginning of decreased secretion of TGF-β1,gentamicin group and the comparison group sodium usnic white group with the vehicle group decreased significantly.4.usnic acid sodium salt on the proliferation of fibroblasts had no significant effect,it can accelerate the migration of fibroblasts into cells and promotes the secretion of transforming growth factor fiber-β1(TGF-β1),promote the synthesis of collagen.conclusion:Conclusion:Mechanism of usnic acid sodium may promote wound healing wound tissue by increasing the number of fibroblasts,promote fibroblast cell migration,promote fibroblasts secrete TGF-β1 and collagen synthesis achieved.
