Background: Ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD)is a common clinical disease, frequently occurring disease, mainly in patients after the onset of focal neurological dysfunction, mainly in the disease and other diseases(such as heart disease, cancer, etc.)compared to mortality, high disability rate. The data showed that the morbidity of cerebrovascular disease accounted for 65%-85%.At present, the clinical diagnosis of ischemic stroke mainly by CT and(or)magnetic resonance imaging, but not these diagnosis methods provide artery related with infarction.Studies show that ischemic stroke patients 80% patients with infarct artery lesions or plaque or stenosis and occlusion. The incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease suddenly,a high degree of risk,if not timely treatment, the mortality rate and disability rate increased significantly. There are many reasons for this, head and neck atherosclerosis cerebral vascular an important risk factor for disease and atherosclerosis. With the body, continuous research and development, many scholars study showed that it may belong to an inflammatory disease.Inflammation and further activate easily lead to plaque instability, which can induce acute ischemic stroke.Study showed: that patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were associated with peripheral blood high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and increased tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)level increased, mainly due to ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the development process, not only the local immune response lesions and the intervention of inflammation, but also can have systemic immune activation of the peripheral blood T cell subsets changed significantly, thus breaking the body itself is the original balance, resulting in inflammation and autoimmune reaction makes further activation, plaque rupture or stenosis, leading to the occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Therefore,it is important to study the cerebral artery stenosis in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and peripheral blood inflammatory factors in the clinical relevance. Objective: To study the ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICDV)in patients with inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,TNF-α,HCY,FIB)expression,and to explore the occurrence of inflammatory factors in ischemic cerebrovascular disease, occur in the role and significance. Methods: From May 2013-October 2015,90 cases of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease for treatment in Huainan First People’s Hospital were analyzed retrospectively, the degree of reference < craniocervical and peripheral vascular ultrasound brain artery stenosis grading standard >,all patients were divided into mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group,30 cases in each group were selected in the other. The hospital health examination and cerebral artery stenosis in 30 cases as control group, using our hospital with questionnaire on general information such as age, gender, patients, weight, blood pressure, diabetes and other indicators for the detection of plasma hs-CRP was detected by ELISA,TNF-alpha,HCY,FIB correlation analysis, ischemic cerebrovascular disease cerebral artery stenosis and peripheral inflammatory factors. Results: The patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease showed varying degrees of cerebral artery stenosis. The patients,38 cases of anterior circulation stenosis, accounting for 42.2%,43 cases of posterior circulation stenosis, accounting for 47.8%.9 combined cycle with anterior circulation stenosis, accounting for 10%.38 patients with anterior circulation stenosis,21 cases of anterior circulation in middle cerebral artery the narrow,55.3%.17 cases of anterior cerebral artery stenosis, accounting for 44.7%.43 patients with posterior circulation stenosis,13 cases of posterior circulation in the vertebral artery, accounting for 30.2%;11 cases of posterior cerebral artery stenosis, accounting for 25.6%;19 cases of basilar artery stenosis, accounting for 44.2%.single factor analysis showed that ischemic cerebral vascular disease in patients with cerebral artery stenosis with the patient’s age, hypertension, diabetes, stroke history, smoking history, drinking history, blood glucose(random, fasting),Hb A1 c,FIB,HCY,hs-CRP,TNF-α,and other related factors(P < 0.05).Non conditional Logistic multivariate analysis showed: in the control of the Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, stroke history, smoking history, drinking history, blood glucose(random, fasting),glycosylated hemoglobin, and other factors, cerebral artery stenosis in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and the incidence rate of patients with TNF-a close relationship(P < 0.05);and homocysteine(HCY)hs-CRP,FIB,no statistical significance(P>0.05).But hs-CRP,cerebral artery stenosis in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular TNFalpha,HCY,FIB levels were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the more serious the degree of stenosis,hs-CRP,TNF-alpha,HCY,FIB of the higher level. Conclusion: ICVD after the onset of cerebral artery stenosis patients, and the relationship between the degree of stenosis and peripheral blood inflammatory factors closely, not only the local immune response and inflammatory lesions involved, can activate the systemic immune response, resulting in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. At the same time, age, high blood pressure, diabetes and smoking are risk the factors of cerebral artery stenosis, should according to the peripheral blood inflammatory factors and risk factors and take effective measures to reduce the clinical treatment, mortality.
