| Objective We compared curative effect of joint choledochoscope laparoscopic common bile duct incision lithotomy(LCBDE)and primary closure treatment with T tube drainage and laparoscopic combined duodenum mirror slice lithotomy(EST)in the surgical treatment of gallbladder stone,in order to seek individualized treatment for clinical patients,to achieve the goal of fast-track.Methods We collected 60 patients with gallbladder stone by common bile duct calculi in the No.123 hospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army and the First Affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University were randomly divided into three groups,A,B and C with each group of 20 cases.Group A was stitching line cut of laparoscopic common bile duct lithotomy and primary closure treatment.Group B was t-tube drainage after laparoscopic common bile duct incision to take stone.Group C was laparoscop and duodenum mirror combination therapy.Statistical analysis and comparison of three groups of cases operation success rate, stone clearance rate, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time and postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications, hospitalization cost difference and patient satisfaction. Results There were no significant differences(P > 0.05)among three groups in surgical success rate, stone clearance rate, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and patient satisfaction.A and B compared with group C,difference in operation time was statistically significant(P < 0.05),no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)between A and B.The length of hospital stay, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time of group A were much shorter than group B and group C,the differencewith a statistically significant. The Group A and group B in hospital cost was lower than those of group C(P < 0.05).Conclusion The three kinds of minimally invasive surgery were safe, effective and feasible treatments. On the premise of strictly grasp the indications, the laparoscopic common bile duct incision to take stone and suture surgery method was more favorable to postoperative recovery, which was deserve popularizing. |
