| Objectives understand hemoglobin distribution,the prevalence of AECOPD with Anemia,anemia type and severity;to explore age,BMI,course of disease,acute exacerbation of time,hospital stays and other indicators associated with AECOPD combined anemia;to explore the distribution regularity of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types,to provide certain theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of AECOPD combined anemia.Methods:①Recorded hemoglobin,observated hemoglobin distribution,and divided into diffrent group, prevalence rate of the groups,anemia type and severity were calculated respectively; ②gender,age,smoking,place of residence,BMI,course of disease,acute exacerbation of time, hospital stays were recorded,then used SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis.Compared the above indicators in whether there were statistical difference between them.③Recorded AECOPD with anemia patients’ TCM syndrome types,and analyzed their distribution regularity.Results:①among the 341 AECOPD patients,70 cases are anemia (20.53%); 18 cases are high hemoglobin(5.28%);253 cases are normal(74.19%);② anemia type:48 cases are normal cell anemia (68.57%),19 cases are small cell hypochromic anemia(27.14%),3 cases are high megaloblastic anemia(4.29%);③ anemia severity:58 cases are mild anemia(82.86%)>12 cases are moderate anemia(17.14%);severe anemia and extremely severe anemiais has 0 case;④use SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis:the age in anemia group is higher than the age in high hemoglobin group,BMI in anemia group is lower than the BMI in high hemoglobin group,the length of hospital stay in anemia group is longer than in high hemoglobin group,acute exacerbation of the time in anemia group is shorter than in high hemoglobin group;anemia groups’ and high hemoglobin groups’length of hospital stay,acute exacerbation of the time, age, BMI, statistically significant difference (p< 0.05),but course of disease has no statistically significant difference(p> 0.05);Anemia in different groups,hospital stay,acute exacerbation of the time,course of disease,age and BMI have no statistically significant difference (p> 0.05); ゛mong AECOPD with anemia,excess syndrome 50 cases(71.43%), deficiency syndrome 12 cases(17.14%),intermingled deficiency and excess 8 cases(11.43%); among excess syndrome, dampness syndromes 28 cases(56.00%).Conclusions: ① AECOPD with anemia prevalence rate was 20.53%,AECOPD with high hemoglobin prevalence rate was 5.28%;゛nemia were mild anemia and normal cell anemia;③With the decline of hemoglobin levels in patients with AECOPD combined anemia, acute exacerbations time shortened and hospitalization prolonged;④AECOPD combined anemia had relationship with age and nutritional status response; ⑤ AECOPD with anemia patients’ traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types distribution gave priority to excess syndrome, followed by deficiency syndrome; dampness syndromes was the most in excess syndrome. |
