Objective:Analyzing the distribution of standard TCM syndromes of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) and Exploring the relevance of kidney renal pathology type between TCM Syndrome, which objective to provide some reference for TCM differentiation, and rich TCM syndrome factor of primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods:This study employ retrospective investigation. Developing a unified clinical syndromes observation record form, Collected clinical data of patients who was treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM nephropathy outpatient or inpatient treatment from March 2015 to April 2016 and nephrology inpatient of West China Hospital from August 2015 to April 2016, a total of 137 cases. 5 cases of repeated cases of discharge, the remaining 132 cases can be classified according to standard TCM Syndrome Types.Results:1. This study included 132 cases of PNS patients, including 54 cases of female patients,78 cases of male patients. the average age was 38.58+11.173 years old. The most common fundamental symptom was Yang deficiency syndrome, followed by Yin deficiency syndrome. The most common incidental symptom was Water dampness syndrome, followed by blood stasis syndrome. The most common pathological sites of Chinese medicine was spleen, followed by liver. In standard TCM Syndrome Types, the most common standard TCM syndrome was spleen-kidney Yang deficiency, followed by liver and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome.2. The most common renal pathological type was mesangial prolife-rative glomerulonephritis, the rest from more to less followed by membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, membranous nephropathy, minimal change nephrosis, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.3. The average age of deficiency-syndrome and excess-syndrome were significantly different. The deficiency-syndrome mean age was significantly higher than the excess-syndrome. There was statistical significance associated with the course of Yang deficiency, Yang deficiency can be seen in most cases which the course of the disease was more than 2 years.4. Qi block, Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, blood stasis,Water dampness syndrome, dampness heat syndrome had no correlation between renal pathological type. The disease and renal pathological types constitute no statistical significance, there was no correlation between disease and renal pathological types. Yang deficiency syndrome and renal pathological type was statistically significant, Yang deficiency was the most common in membranous nephropathy.Conclusion:1. patients with PNS, male is more than female. The most common fundamental symptom was Yang deficiency syndrome. The most common incidental symptom was Water dampness syndrome The most common standard TCM syndrome was spleen-kidney yang deficiency. Spleen and kidney disease is primary nephrotic syndrome was the most common type of visceral disease. The most common renal pathological type was mesangial prolife-rative glomerulonephritis2. Average age of deficiency syndrome was significantly higher than the average age of excess-syndrome3. Yang deficiency syndrome has correlation with renal pathologic type, Yang Deficiency more common in membranous nephropathy. In Qi Deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome, the most common renal pathological type was FSGS.In Yin Deficiency syndrome,Water dampness syndrome and dampness-heat syndrome, the most common renal pathological type was MsPGN,but TCM Syndromes and pathological type distribution was not statistically significant, which might be relevanted with the too less sample size.
