Research On The Supply And Demand Of Community Rehabilitation Service In Lucheng District, Wenzhou City

Community-based rehabilitation is one of the six major tasks of community health services in Lucheng District. By making full use of community health resources, solving the rehabilitation of the elderly and disabled, it has the following characteristics:proximal, affordable, broad, simple and feasible. However, with the increase of population base in Lucheng District, people's quality of life has been improved. The populations of the elderly and disabled continue to grow. People's demands for community-based rehabilitation services have risen sharply. Community-based rehabilitation services are faced with a series of practical problems. One of the most representative problems is that there is an obvious imbalance between supply and demand of current community-based rehabilitation services. It is difficult to truly satisfy people's demands for community-based rehabilitation services.Based on the theories of public goods, supply-demand relationship and governance as the theoretical guidance, using questionnaire and field interview, the supply-demand relationship in community-based rehabilitation services in Lucheng District is analyzed, problems with the supply-demand relationship and their reasons are found out. Also countermeasures for the supply-demand relationship in community-based rehabilitation services are searched from the perspective of Lucheng District Government.This article first elaborates on the research objective and significance, domestic and foreign studies at present and illustrates the research method, innovations and shortcomings. Secondly, it expounds concepts related to community rehabilitation services. What are used in this paper are theories of public goods, supply-demand relationship and governance. Thirdly, it analyzes the overall supply-demand relationship in community-based rehabilitation services in Lucheng District, combined with results in field interview and questionnaire, finds out prominent problems with the supply-demand relationship in terms of supply quantity, supply policy and supply form, etc., analyzes reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand in community-based rehabilitation services in Lucheng District from talent, policy, rehabilitation service model, ideology, fund inputs and other factors. Finally, under the guidance of theoretical basis, it puts forward suggestions on the optimization of supply-demand relationship in community-based rehabilitation services in Lucheng District from talent training, social security system, rehabilitation service policy, overall planning, rational resource allocation, division of rights and responsibilities in departments, community-based rehabilitation service model, service awareness, publicity and encourages social organizations to participate and expands the capital channel, etc.
