The Research About The Participation Of NGO In The AIDS Prevention And Control Of Fuzhou

With the development of the modern state governance theory system, the further transformation of government functions, ngos have also as an emerging social forces, widely participate in public affairs. And in the field of AIDS prevention and control work, ngos also play a large role, effectively made up for market failure and government failure in HIV/AIDS prevention and control work. How to better non-governmental organizations to participate in public affairs, has become a focus of our party and government, is also the hotspot of academic research.Based on the theory of modern state governance, this study selected the capital city of our country economy more developed areas in fujian province fuzhou city as the research object, through field investigation of fuzhou four involved in AIDS prevention and control work of nongovernmental organizations (ngos), at the same time, the extraction part AIDS high-risk groups to the non-governmental organizations involved in AIDS research questionnaire survey, questionnaire results show that although the fuzhou non-governmental organizations to participate in the activities of AIDS prevention and treatment of a variety of forms, and achievements in their work and has unlimited potential, effectively made up for government failure in the field of AIDS prevention and control work. Fuzhou AIDS ngos are still faced with lack of funding, low credibility, personnel, professional is not strong, such problems as lack of internal management system, effectively curb the role of the AIDS ngos play, restricted the AIDS ngos healthy and sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the advanced experience of other successful curb AIDS spread area, on the basis of non-governmental organizations to participate in AIDS prevention and control work to the our city put forward Suggestions and countermeasures:through government purchase project and attract large foreign capital injection methods such as broadening the channels for funding; strengthen the training and attracting young students to AIDS ngos enhances team professionalism and inject vitality to the organization, improve the organization’s credibility, establish organization brand awareness, strengthen the organization construction, improve the internal management system, etc., in order to promote our province and even the whole country ngos better participation in AIDS prevention and control work, can make our country more powerful to control the spread of HIV/AIDS.
