| Objective:To disclose the extend of knowledge about perioperative treatment and the compli ance to medical guidance in lumbar disc herniation(LDH)patients.To explore the eff ect of mind mapping on the compliance to medical guidance in post-operative LDH p atients,thus decreasing recurrent rate and improving life quality.Methods:Part 1: By reading domestic and international literatures,interviewing experts and communicating with patients,our research group had analyzed,organized and prelimi narily constructed the questionnaires on the knowledge and compliance of LDH patien ts.After modification and discussion,first round questionnaire certified by experts had been constructed,then we selected 13 orthopedic surgeons and nurses as experts to in quire the qualified contents by means of Delphi method,after modifying each items,we come to the final formulation of questionnaires.Part 2:(1)Make the mind mapping training tool of LDHBy reading related literatures and surveying the knowledge default of post-operati ve LDH patients,the project group,under the guidance from doctors and nurses of de partment of spine,make the mind map together by using X-mind.There are three mo dules,the key words are “LDH”,“function practice”,“postoperative rehabilitation”,wh ich spread to each embranchments respectively.(2)Experimental research68 eligible LDH patients receiving LDH operation,had been selected as study obj ects from the west and east wards of the third orthopedic department of first people's hospital in Changzhou,and had been divided into experimental group and control grou p with 34 cases for each group.The control group had been received regular care,wh ile the experimental group had been accepted the mind mapping guidance on the basis of regular care.Hereby we tended to observe group difference on the knowledge of LDH,and their compliance to the medical guidance from medical staff,and their life quality.All the data has been processed and analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results:Part 1: 13 experts were selected,the active coefficient in each rounds was 0.86 a nd 1,and the authoritative coefficient was 0.87,confirming the construction of “Questi onnaire for knowledge of LDH patients” and “Questionnaire for compliance of LDH p atients” were with good reliability and validity.Part 2: There was no significant difference observed between the two groups abo ut general clinical data before being intervened.After being intervened,the score of q uestionnaire for knowledge of the experimental group increased dramatically,and did not decrease with time gone by.The score of questionnaire for compliance rised at the point of 1 month after discharge and kept in plateau.Besides,at the time point of si x months after discharge,both experimental and control groups had higher SF-36 scor e than the scores evaluated before operation.There was no significant difference on he SF-36 score between the experimental group and control group before operation,how ever,at the time point of six months after operation,the score was higher than control group with statistically significant difference.Conclusions:Healthy education to post-operative LDH patients with mind mapping method has exerted positive effect on mastering the knowledge of LDH,increasing the complianc e to medical guidance,and improving the life quality,and it's easy and convenient to conduct,which are worthy of promoting in clinic use. |
